Such a fun time!! Highly recommend to anyone in the area. Music begins at 8pm. 7pm they open. Can easily get a table without a reservation if you go early enough. $10 to get into the door, $12 for a reservation. Food and drinks are good. The fries are especially good!

It is outrageously irresponsible that this bar charges for water. I’d rather sit in the back of an uber without AC.

The service was amazing! We went to celebrate my friend’s birthday and had a lot of fun.

Jack and Diane's has great performers, very talented. The food is good and the drinks are strong. Giving them 3 stars because they will not serve you a glass of water, you have to buy a bottle for $3. After a customer pays cover charge, buys food and drinks, why can they not get a glass of water?? Definitely rubbed me and my friends the wrong way. Not even sure if that is legal...

Awesome place! It's not really about the food although the food is good it's more about the entertainment. I just wish we had one in Spartanburg.

I’ve been in Greenville for 5 years and visited plenty of downtown Greenville bars. Me and my friends was here at the 50 shades of grey event and we ordered some drinks and had a description about a price so we went back to the bar to ask about the price l. Just because the bartender called herself Jamie got the price wrong they told us we had to leave and treated us so disrespectful. Never in my like will I ever recommend or come back this place. Racist and wrong just cause they made a mistake and misunderstood. They kicked us out on my bday. We asked them to call the police or they wouldn’t let us speak the manager. Poor service and communication

Fantastic time is always had

We had a wonderful time when seeing the Billy Joel tribute with Mark Kavaly and band. The staff was very attentive. They don’t have any gluten free options so it’s definitely not a place to go if you have celiac or gluten intolerance. The waitress said the kitchen suggested French fries but she didn’t understand it couldn’t be cooked in the same oil with gluten items such as mozzarella sticks. I just wish staff in general was educated on these basic allergy issues. I will go back for music again.

Food? Eat before you go. Service is slow. Atmosphere is fabulous. This was our first time there and we'll go again just with different expectations

We were having a great time until the little 20 something year old kicked us out for dancing up front. I didn’t realize that dancing wasn’t allowed ?????
