I've been here 4 times and ate thier 2 times ..if you like frozen burgers or pre frozen chicken, this is the place. I recommend eating at another establishment first. Next, they charge a cover charge. If you don't make reservations first and where on their website is, it notify. Then the dueling piano plays the same songs .. We paid 2 times 10 each for certain songs and no lucky. Other people we were with did, too, and no luck. After 4 times, we knew they played the same songs. Plus, they charge you anywhere from 5 to 50 dollars to put on the glass your birthday or some other occasion . It starts at 5 and goes up. For what? A five minute display.. I get it. If you are crazy enough to pay that, then good . But why charge? It's all about money ? lousy food and service. Never would I recommend this place.

Great place to have fun with your friends! The place was packed and everyone was having a great time singing along with the songs the "piano men" were playing. Didn't try the food but the drinks are delicious!

The band at this place is absolutely awesome. We really enjoyed them! 5 stars for the entertainment!Had to take a star off though to compensate for the watered down drinks and flooded bathrooms. One star in terms of cleanliness and quality.

My only complaint was the drinks. I had 2 Long Island teas and 2 shots of patron. And didn’t even have a buzz. I would eat before you got there. And bring your own booze in the car. I know the Long Island tea didn’t have 4 liquors in it.

This is not your Grandmother's piano bar. This place is a piano bar on steroids. They add guitars and drums and really get the joint going.

I am so disappointed with this establishment. We could not get a glass of tapwater for free even with the purchase of a cocktail and a meal. How can you serve food and not give free tapwater?Customers have to purchase a bottle for $3 if they need water. My objection isn’t about the money. It’s about the principle. What would they do if a customer has had a couple of drinks and wants to stop drinking and have a glass of water so they can be a responsible driver? They’re not willing to just give them a tap water for free after they’ve already spent money in their establishment? This is ridiculous and I will not go back just because of this policy. The piano players are so good and I really enjoy watching them, but I will not go to an establishment that will not give a glass of water to their customers.Side note. Three of the girls from our party got sick on the food that they ate at Jack & Diane’s that evening.

What a cluster F! We had a group of 8, called ahead BEFORE making reservations and asked if they would hold our table as we would likely arrive around 7:40. Of course they said Yes! Well, we arrived at 7:35 and they gave away our table (took our cover fee mind you), but would not do anything to try to accommodate us! The manager, Summer, said she remembers speaking with us yesterday but she failed to tell the hostess. What a frickin' joke! AND Summer did not care at all that she f'ed up!!

Server (unfortunately can’t remember her name) forgot to put in our drink order and we waited 45 minutes for drinks. Seemed very put out having to do her job. Other than that had a great time. Got up the next day and found that we had been charged twice for the bill amount. Put in a call waiting to here back but calling bank to dispute. Sad to say I would not recommend or return to this establishment.
