Amazing ice cream, service was phenomenal. There was a line out the door, but when it was our turn the employee took their time with us and answered any questions we had. They also offered us a ton of samples! Can’t wait to stop back again soon.

This place isn't bad and certainly seems to have a following but come on - it's ice cream!!! The place is clean, bright and great location. The staff was ready to serve us. It's a little pricey but it's downtown Greenville so I guess that's to be expected. I guess I'm just the type of person who wants that old fashioned standard banana split with the whipped cream and cherries which this place doesn't have.

I have always seen the ice cream in my local super market and finally got to have it in a real store... And was not disappointed.Service was excellent (and we had a party of 14 so keeping orders straight was not easy).Ice cream was tasty (personally loved the coffee)And the downtown Greenville location is nice.For those who have food sensitivities, Jeni's is probably one of the best. Coco approved!Highly recommend and will be coming back during my family trip!

There was a young girl with a septum piercing, orangish hair, and other various peircings here that was incredibly rude. Not just to our family, but also the family as they walked in. She clearly doesn’t like kids. She repeated herself four separate times telling my young kids to move along the order line in an empty store. Nobody was behind us and she asked us four times to keep moving. She also gave me a hard time when my daughter wanted to sample something even though they market samples clearly. She ruined our experience of the, once again, empty store. She probably shouldn’t work directly with families in an ice cream store of all places. Needs to work on her customer service skills or get a different job.

The only thing that keeps this from being a five is the small serving size. I love the passion of the ice cream and how knowledgeable the employees are about the ice cream. If only I was satisfied that I had eaten enough when I left.
I tried out their Brambleberry Crisp ice cream which was spot on in terms of consistency and flavor. It is on the pricier side for the amount we got but it was still some delicious ice cream. I liked the addition of the waffle cone as well which adds as a scoop and a nice treat at the end.

This is my favorite ice cream place in Greenville! Love their unique flavors! My favorite is Wild berry Lavender (please never stop making it). There was a line when we arrived but it was moving quickly. Service was friendly and they offered samples of ice cream before you decide on your order. Can’t wait to come back for some delicious ice cream!

We had a great experience tonight. My son has Celiac Disease and must eat gluten free. There were several options that were clearly marked. My son was excited to see so many options that he could eat, but settled on the green mint chip, which he said was excellent. Micah served my son, and she took great care to avoid cross contact, so my son felt very comfortable eating there. She and the gentleman working tonight both had a great attitude and were very helpful. Great service and delicious ice cream.

I love ice cream from this place! It's always fresh and tasty, my favorite is the popcorn flavor that is only available in summer. Others that I like are Everything Bagel and Almond Brittle, I just tried the sweet potato flavor yesterday and it was lite and delicious but didn't taste like I expected; good nonetheless!
