Italian ice is delicious. Lost 2 stars because It made me very uncomfortable when the cashier asked for tips.
We tried this place about 2 months ago for the 1st time . We now go about once a week . Me and my husband have never had Italian ice like this before we love it we always get a small because there portions are so big . My husband love the green apple I try a new flavor every time we go .I've liked them all other then the cherry one . The employees have always been friendly.

The older lady (if you've been here on a Sunday then you know what I'm talking about) has the absolute WORSE customer service I have ever experienced. She rolled her eyes at least 10 times while being there. It's not just a bad day either, this is the second time we've had this experience with her. She completely ruined the whole experience.
