THEY DONT WANT TO ANSWER THE PHONE! I placed a delivery order and it was delivered to the wrong house. Door dash told me to contact them since it was placed through their app. I called three times and then the Door dash customer service couldn't get a hold of them. I noticed when I called it would be something different each time like someone is playing with the phone to make the call end. Seriously?!

My boy Shane has went above the standards of subs! He made this sandwich like it was made from god himself place it right in front of me! I could taste all the meat, veggies, spices and seasonings in every bite! His customer service was extraordinary so friendly and aware of his surroundings! So if you’re looking for a sandwich from the gods go see Shane at the Pelham rd location in Greenville sc.

Listen you're in the service industry. Specifically the food service industry..please don't have your dreads all hanging out from underneath your baseball cap and then also don't have multiple piercings in your face while preparing my food . Mr. Franchise owner I know it's hard to find good help but you gotta do better.

I was in today Feb. 20 at around 1:50. DJ WAS AMAZING, he took my order and had great customer service. I ordered a Philly steak which was a hot sub so he was on the flat top cooking it and taking / making other orders while my food was cooking because the other girl working with him kept telling him these tickets need to be done, all while he was making my sub taking orders and making other cold subs but she wasn’t doing much. I think I saw her make one sub, 2 door dashers came in for a pick up and grabbed the ticket she handed them to him and told him these need to be done the door dashers are already here while a line was adding up and while he was in the process of making mine and another order and she wasn’t doing anything, it was hard to watch , this review has nothing to do with D.J.. he was even the one to ring me out in the process of all that, he needs a raise and he needs employees that will help get through the orders. I usually never leave reviews but I felt for him and kept thinking why you asking him when he’s busy and you ain’t doing anything.

Service , Food and Atmosphere was excellent. This sandwich was delicious and way better than Publix imo. I will be coming back often , this was my first time here as well. 10/10 recommend!

Just went at lunch time and got 2 Togo subs, everyone was calm, fast, efficient and most of all, KIND. Exactly what you want when ordering take out and the subs were good! Thank you

When hurricane Helen hit SC, this store opened up and did a fantastic job serving the community. Yall did an awesome job and gave the public a sigh of relief. Thanks for being there even through the hard times! I usually go to a different Jersey Mikes location, but this will be my new go-to. I went 2 days in a row and really appreciate yall being there!

After going today and seeing the employees touching all the sandwich ingredients with gloves, then using those same gloves to touch the cash register (and likely take cash payments), I kind of lost my appetite and left.Two stars because they were at least friendly!

Who ever they have working on 3/6/24 at 5pm. Needs to rehire personnel. The one guy cutting the meat was in a bad mood, slinging bread around getting upset if someone ask a question. Not professional at all. The atmosphere was dead.
