Jersey Mike's Subs

I’ve been a fan of Jersey Mike’s for a long time, but unfortunately the quality of the sandwiches has gone downhill. The ingredients and overall taste are just not the same as they used to be. What was once a consistently good experience now feels disappointing. I really hope they can get back to the quality that made them stand out in the first place.

My teams favorite jersey mikes location! The GM, Allura is super personable. She makes the subs herself, reaching out to the community and offering overall really great service. I’d recommend this jersey mikes to everyone! Look forward to placing a catering order from this location as soon as I can :)

Staff behind the counter super nice. Chatted about Christmas and other stuff. And they were quick and accurate in my order. 10 out of 10.

Paid 11.62 for less than a 6 inch. Hardly no fixing. Way overated!!!!!

We love Jersey Mike's when this location gets the order right. 2 times in a month our order hasn't been right. We asked for extra meat and clearly there wasn't. The shift lead on the 1st mishap made good by remaking them another night for us, free of charge. I was able to call and speak to him. With this current situation, I wasn't able to call as their phone was down or something. I came into the store with our subs and asked for a remake. The guy that had been on the grill was obviously not happy. I've been in his position. ALWAYS READ THE TICKETS. Our order was remade....without an apology.

We're regulars, at least twice a week, sometimes 3 or 4 times. Friendly staff that knows us and provides excellent service!

We ordered three subs, and they were delicious. The only mishap was a cold sub order that wasn't toasted as requested.

This location always gets my orders right and service is fast & friendly. There's no drive thru and sometimes the parking lot is crowded. Despite that, this is my go-to Jersey Mike's location!!! I usually place my order online and run in to pick it up without waiting in line.

We normally come to this Jersey Mike's because they have great service and great food. We came today and two new people were working they were nice . we were the only people in the store so I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and one guy started working on it. I told him I wanted my bread toasted he said we always do that. As he was working on my sandwich someone he knew came in. He left my sandwich on the grill and went to make her tuna sandwich even though the other associate could have done it. After he was done with her tuna sandwich, he went back to my Philly cheese steak on the grill. He took my role and just set it on the grill on the outside of the bun and flipped it over on the other outside of the bun, so the inside of the bread didn't get grilled at all, which is what I asked for. The meat was overcooked because he left it on the grill while we made the other sandwich for his friend. I didn't even finish my sandwich that's how bad it was.

Great place people are very clean. Very nice very friendly welcoming smiles. Great I just love this place. The subs are a little pricey, but I’d rather go here to get my subs then anywhere else thank you guys for your great experience. Love you guys and keep up the good work.

The team they have, consisting of three women from what I saw, worked like a well oiled machine. They pumped out subs fast, well made and with kindness during the process. I will absolutely be back to this location! Working at CFA in the past gives me the ability to spot an A-Team when I see one. Keep up the great work!

Always been a fan favorite, I will immediately withdraw a good review as soon as the *private equity* ruins it, and they will. They'll steal the property, rent it back, and sell the debt before they liquidate it. Good luck employees👍
