Ernesto and Kira are AMAZING! I placed a large catering order for my office and had to make a change. I called and spoke to Kira; we reviewed the order completely and she made the changes I needed. I went to pick up the order and it was perfect. I was greeted by the entire staff with smiles and Ernesto offered to take the order to my car(it was quite large). He thanked me for the business and asked me to enjoy lunch! My team LOVED IT! it was set up so nicely - was delicious -flawless, just the way I requested! Ernesto and Kira are an asset to Jersey Mike's. Not only that, I placed the order on the national day of giving and they were swamped! It is amazing Jersey Mike's does this each year - this is the third year we have participated on this special day! Thank you!!!!

I ordered a sub for my birthday today and Kira helped me over the phone as the award was not coming over on my app. I didn’t get the guy’s name that helped me but he knew of order and said that the points would show when I entered my number. He told me no worries, that I looked like a stand up dude and told me happy birthday, as did the entire team. Awesome group of people working here and everyone is a true asset to the business. Cannot thank you all enough for making my birthday even better!
Subs are always great, and the service is just as great. Clean restaurant and they get people in and out when there is a long line.

I gave a bad review a few weeks for jersey mike in mauldin. My sub sandwich wasn't good. I even mentioned that Jimmy John's sandwiches were better. Well I decided to give jersey mike another chance, only at a different location. The Jersey Mike on Augusta Rd, sandwich that I'd ordered tasted a lot better. I guess every location isn't going to be the same. The Augusta Rd location, their vegetables were a lot fresher not to mention, the asked if I wanted oil, vinegar an salt and pepper which I didn't think to ask about salt, pepper, vinegar or oil at the mauldin location before I didn't realize that they had it nor was it offered to me. Besides that the cashier at both locations were and are polite. I'll visit the Jersey Mike again, but only at the Augusta Rd location.
