You need to change your slogan!!! You are not freaky fast. I have had SEVERAL occasions where it has taken over 30mins to 1hr to receive my food. I have spoken with a manager regarding this issue before and he was semi-rude as well.

I come here regularly. The staff and kind and accommodating. Recommend! Parking can be hard but there’s a garage around the corner and a 15 minute spot right in front of the restaurant.

I stopped by Jimmy John’s recently. The food was okay—nothing great, but it got the job done. However, the cleanliness of the place was a real issue. Tables were dirty, the floor hadn’t been swept, and the overall atmosphere just felt unkempt. It definitely took away from the experience. If the place had been cleaner, I might have enjoyed my meal more. Not sure I’ll be back anytime soon unless things improve.

Not freaky fast. Delivery is inconsistent. Sometimes it’s delivered in a reasonable amount of time, but often waiting over an hour for a sandwich to be delivered within a 10 block radius. I could have gone to any store, requested fresh cut meats, made my own sandwich and eaten it in the amount of time it takes to receive my delivery. Unfortunately I can’t do this because I have limited time for lunch.

I come in the store and he doesn’t acknowledge me while it is completely empty. I step up to order and tell him that I have an order for pickup and he proceeds to tell me he’s out of jimmy pepper’s. I watch him sloppily put together my sandwich since I’m already there and then he goes to unwrap it after he’s done to make sure he didn’t forget anything. Mind you, I’ve been there the whole entire time and he decides to place my bag on the opposite side of the counter instead of handing it to me. Terrible experience and sloppy attitude by the employee. Will not be coming back to the downtown location!

In hospital ordered because they delivered. The service was great they text and called ensure I retrieved my order. Then trying the food I couldn’t have asked for a better experience while feeling grief and anxiety. Thanks to the guys who worked 5/27/2025

Out of strawberry lemonade today. Almost out of regular lemonade.

Always incredibly understaffed, even on weekends there is 1 employee both taking orders and making sandwiches. I wanted to make a catering order one day, but when I saw that there was only 1 person working, I decided to somewhere else.

I suggest an Open sign. We almost didn't come in because the handle sticks. We saw a group of about 7 guys try to come in, then they said it's closed and left. But it was open. Great place though!

Stood in line behind one other person for 11 minutes with zero acknowledgement. 1 employee making sandwiches without looking up and another employee trying hard not to come to the counter. Didn’t even get a “be right with you”. I ended up just walking out today.. Publix is 2 blocks away.

To all the bad reviews it depends on who there they have failed corporate standards inspection so once again I think it's a lot of businesses paying the dhec state etc cause more then a few of these places should be down also one more thing the main ones like Pelham augusta downtown is owned by the same person so the reviews are pretty much the same on all his locations
