Stood in line behind one other person for 11 minutes with zero acknowledgement. 1 employee making sandwiches without looking up and another employee trying hard not to come to the counter. Didn’t even get a “be right with you”. I ended up just walking out today.. Publix is 2 blocks away.

To all the bad reviews it depends on who there they have failed corporate standards inspection so once again I think it's a lot of businesses paying the dhec state etc cause more then a few of these places should be down also one more thing the main ones like Pelham augusta downtown is owned by the same person so the reviews are pretty much the same on all his locations

first time ever ordering. ordered online for a delivery literally one block away. side was missing. walked to the store after work, the person working just stared at me. no greeting. no “how may i help you” so i played dumb and just waited for them to say something. i explained my situation and the manager’s solution was to take money out of the tips for a refund because Multi Million Dollar Jimmy John’s doesn’t have a way to do partial refunds. so they just steal money from their customers, i guess. you can’t tell me in all years of business they haven’t ever forgotten an item in an order and have never thought of a way to partially refund. only offer was store credit or app credit, however this was a horrible first experience so why would i ever go back? save your money and pick up a Publix Sub two blocks over. using tip money as a refund is wild!!?!! called customer service and they were absolutely no help. how in the world are they a functioning business?

Freaky fast??? LOL more like slow as a slug! Every time I order delivery from this location, it takes them well over 30 minutes to get my food. I work 5 blocks away!

People don't talk they don't listen and they are slow to move to do anything ordered online walked in and still waited 10 mins for my sandwich even though it's the only 1 they where working on caused me to late for work getting back from lunch this place needs faster people they take there sweet time for everything but the food is good I will say they do a good job just extremely slow and you can tell they don't care about there job

I order my Jalapeño Chicken wrap a little after 3pm. I forget to do the tip, but I figured that, since I had cash, I could give them their tip when they arrived.My delivery was pushed to Uber Eats. Uber Eats ended up canceling my delivery. I caller to see what happened, and the young lady offered to remake the sandwich and Jimmy John’s would deliver it.I didn’t get my wrap until after 5:00pm. I normally start fasting at 5pm, so I only ate half the wrap (THANK GOD). I woke up this morning and my stomach was cutting flips (upset stomach, nausea and diarrhea). My stomach is still killing me! I am so mad right now! I only pray that they didn’t mess up my wrap because I didn’t leave a TIP!!!!

I understand this location is a high demand. I ordered here 6times maybe more out of the month. What’s super irritating is that there’s no communication that the store is short staffed or is a long wait period. I have to wait 25-30 mins after order is out for delivery to eat my food. Cold meat turns to warm meat and cold drinks to water down. Apparently the owner or mgr do not care about customer satisfaction. It’s get all the money I can. This franchise overall needs a better system to cut off the wait time for customers. The delivery guys are nice but will let you know they want their tips! Also to mentioned I’m located 3 mins from the location.

My office is literally 5 minutes from this location. The two times I have ordered from this location due to not being able to leave for lunch for staffing issues - it immediately notified me the order was out for delivery but each time it has taken an HOUR or more to arrive! Incredibly frustrating. When you call to check to make sure they weren’t having trouble finding the office, the excuse is we had a lot of orders to deliver give it 15 more minutes. Freaky fast is definitely not the motto here.
