Absolutely disgusting — I found a live fly in my sandwich and got zero apology.

I found a live fly wrapped up inside my sandwich from this Jimmy John’s location — not on top, but inside the sub itself. I was shocked and completely disgusted. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, she didn’t apologize, didn’t show any concern or sympathy, and didn’t offer a refund. All she said was that she could remake the sandwich or give me a store credit. Why would I want food from a place that already served me something this nasty?

This kind of response is completely unacceptable. The lack of accountability and basic customer care says everything about how they run this location. I will never be back, and I hope others think twice about eating here.

I would give it a10 star for service if I could. I went in because I was having difficulties ordering on the app. Not only did Richard greet us at the door and hold the door for us and welcome us, he also guided me through ordering on the app, while Marissa was already making our sandwiches. They couldn’t have been more friendly or more helpful. They worked like they owned the restaurant - a quality I wish all workers had. JJ is lucky to have them both.

If I could give you zero stars I would. My daughter order me a sub last night but what I got in place of a sub was a dry wrap . It was the Absolute worst I took one bite and thew it in the trash. How are you our of bread and all you sale are subs. Calked today a asked for the manger if he was available. He asked fir the order number I asked my daughter for it as the she still had the receipt. He hung up on me mid sentence. As a former supervisor I have never treated anyone from the public so poorly and that ways 27 years ago . I wont be back to this location at all such poor service from the staff . I've read a few of the other reviews and the owner must not care about the staff poor reviews because they are still getting bad reviews. I'll take my 20 dollars else where this has never happened at Publix .

Love this place!! No frills sub, it is perfect! My only complaint ( trust me, it’s really small) is I wish I could get a little more vinegar, less oil. The price is right and the sub hasn’t disappointed me yet. Try the #9 for a great Italian sub.

Keep being stingy with what customers are paying for and you are not going to have to worry about inventory at all because you won't have any customers! See how much profit you will have then. People are tired of wasting money on subpar food. Do you really think 2 thin slices of meat is sufficient? You think you can get away with the other ingredients hiding the fact you are being stingy with the meat?! Count your days until closing Jimmy!

Went on my lunch break to get a sandwich asked for extra pickles & the cashier was puttin on gloves to put in a small container the manager told her no put on a piece of paper & told another employee put 4 pickles on there which he just picked up threw on paper & the cashier wrapped brought it tol me why the rude racist ass manger was still mumbling sum with his ungroomed unprofessional ass I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN HIGH ASSSSS SANDWICH & U SCARED TO GIVE PICKLES!! & FROM THE LOOKS OF IT U HAD NO CUSTOMERS U WILL BE CLOSED SOON I DECLARE THT!!!

I get here to get a pickle sandwich & as I’m ordering with the white lady the black lady with a really short hair cut stops her from taking my order & said No the only way she can get the pickle sandwich is how it comes & she said it comes with lettuce, tomatoes & the meat & clearly that’s not what’s being advertised! SMH I’m not paying $10 for that! & i thought it was build your own sandwich? All i wanted was cheese & onions & mayo! I left because No!

MY husband tried to warn me about this place I was standing at the counter yesterday waiting to order trying to give them another chance because a manager said things was better here after i had complained already about the food and service/theft you might wanna check totals on receipt and count the change they do steal tips and give back less change then they suppose to return The food makes you EXTREMELY SICK not to mention the flies,gnats ants this location is not the only location who has this issue or issues I couldn't believe what I was hearing yesterday as my husband and i was about to order 2 different people was standing there while it seems like 3 people were having a screaming match in the back I will make sure to spread the word for the service is horrible the food is not worth the price or staying on the toilet when done eating guess that's the reason why the women bathroom smell like dead period and my husband said the men's bathroom smell like strong poo poo and urine after hearing and seeing all this me and my husband left out the workers seem to be slow or more interested in the 3 people screaming in the back 3 of their employees stink one in particular HIS body stink and breathe stink will send you into another universe 1 smells like raw fish not to mention the smell of drugs in the back yes i smelled drugs coming off 2 workers there when leaving teller or atm at the bank if they don't care about how their employees smell and them doing drugs in the back you know for sure they don't care about how they treat you and your food banking at td bank they say you can use next doors bathroom/I've had 2 who wasn't key on jj tellers recommend eating there they might not wanna recommend I'm sure they hope of getting people to buy the food I wouldn't recommend no locations of jimmy johns in the greenville area they all have issues that not worth the time the effort or the money or your stomach yes I can go into more details about walking in hearing employees cursing employees not using gloves etc we were just there to grab cookies and chips that it 0 out 0 will never recommend jimmy johns to nobody it is to many options in greenville DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND RISK YOUR HEALTH BY EATING THERE THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND THE SMELLS 0/0 DO NOT RECOMMEND JERSEY MIKE'S AT LEAST YOU HAVE MORE OPTIONS FROM HOT SANDWHICHES TO NAMED BRAND CHIPS COOKIES N BROWNIES BAKED FRESH EVERY MORNING NOT FROZEN MCALISTER'S YOU HAVE BIGGER SANDWICHES HOT SOUPS SALADS N BAKED POTATOES YOU STUFF WHAT YOU LIKE IN IT BTW BOTH GIVE THE OPTION OF DIFFERENT BREADS

We went to get a sandwich in a hurry through the drive thru. The night shift was so slow that we watched the lady with the glasses make each sandwich while stopping frequently to talk to the 2 other men. One of the men was eating bacon mid conversation out the container with his bare hands. She fixed our sandwich very sloppily, did not pay attention to what she was doing, put a load of lettuce on the chicken wrap that there’s barely anything else on the wrap, and the sandwiches look pathetic. We love Jimmy John’s, but these employees truly do not care and was more worried about their conversation.
