This Jimmy John’s is so slow. I love their sandwiches and used to order frequently. It almost always takes an hour. Sometimes my whole lunch hour is up before they get to me. I work at the hospital close by, so I can’t just eat whenever I want. I always order way ahead of time and still end up waiting forever. I once waited 1.5 hrs. Apparently I just have to stop ordering from here.

Asked for the sandwich to be cut in half. Obviously, they couldn't be bothered. Three employees standing around and they couldn't manage cutting a sandwich. No knife.at the hotel and tried to tear it in half, but the bread was too tough to tear.

Pathetic and sorry ownership. Sorry management. Food prices are high and the subs are not good at all. Delivery service sucks.
The service and food were great, but it’s truly outrageous that they stopped offering unsweet tea (which was better than most). But really? Some people either can’t have sugar, or don’t want a soft drink. And you’re making a ton of money off what is essentially water, so I don’t understand the logic.
I’m far less likely to go here now.

Solid location, and solid team members. Placed an order online and it was ready by promised time. Everything was correct. Food was really good. I ordered the new Cajun kickin chicken and my ONLY complaint is I wish the chicken was warmed up rather than cold. I was thinking it would be grilled chunked chicken rather than cold & shredded (maybe I could have requested it to be warmed) but I can't really complain!!!Pleanty of parking, handicap parking and accessible enterence as well as tables.
