Ordered delivery, took an hour and a half. When I cancelled over the phone, it was obvious that nobody cared. It's JJ, my expectations were already low, but somehow they missed even that bar.

Solid location, and solid team members. Placed an order online and it was ready by promised time. Everything was correct. Food was really good. I ordered the new Cajun kickin chicken and my ONLY complaint is I wish the chicken was warmed up rather than cold. I was thinking it would be grilled chunked chicken rather than cold & shredded (maybe I could have requested it to be warmed) but I can't really complain!!!Pleanty of parking, handicap parking and accessible enterence as well as tables.

My doordasher for a different reasturant took off with my food while I was at work ( and had already taken my insulin) and Doordash customer support wouldn't do anything to fix it. But Jimmy John's came in clutch. Within 15 min. My order was delivered straight to my work counter with a smile, fresh and 100% correct. Sub was perfect and my coworkers pasts salad was incredible. Definitely going straight to Jimmy John's next time I forget my lunch.-Emma

I ordered a sandwich as a lettuce wrap to go. I asked for extra lettuce and no mayo, but oil and vinegar instead. When cashier read back my order, he said sauce. I confirmed again that sauce didn't mean mayo, but rather oil and vinegar and he said yes of course. As I unwrapped it to eat on the road, the amount of mayonnaise was unbelievable. Gobs of it oozed out everywhere. So very disappointed. My first time at that location. Not sure I'll go again if I'm taking it to go.

Absolutely the best sandwiches. Their pricing is outstanding!Edit: online order for 1 sub took 55 minutes from order to delivery. Also, despite ordering it and leaving a memo, they forgot the mayo packets.A few months back they forgot my chips upon delivery.

Owners note that the black JJ letters dye leaks from the wrap paper into the unwhiches (the lettuce wraps) (specifically into the lettuce), which can become toxic with continued exposure. People don't want to eat dye, especially because microplastic toxicity is becoming more common through food and fast food containers, so please change your wrapping paper and spare your custoners potential cancer and disease.Thank you.

As someone who is a frequent eater of Jimmy John’s because they’re supposed to be known for their fresh ingredients and freaky dash delivery. They definitely dropped the ball on this order. Two thin slices if Turkey for a wrap mostly lettuce if I wanted a veggie wrap I would have ordered it. My job is literally five minutes from this location and we waited over an hour for our food good thing their subs are cold already.**Update: I did get a full refund when I called to voice my concerns about the quality of the food and service. I appreciate them giving me a refund I’ll pack my lunch for now on.
