I can't say enough about the staff and manager at the Pelham Jimmy Johns. We have ordered catering twice in the past two weeks and have had to alter both orders at the last minute. They went above and beyond to help us, even though the hiccups were caused by us. They were kind, accommodating, and the food was excellent. We are using them again this week, and will use them again and again in the future!

Service was terrible. Places order via mobile app. After 15 minutes of waiting, they asked if I had placed and order and my name. They finished another person's order (who ordered after me), made my 2 sandwiches, placed it on the counter. There was no apology for the delay and there wasn't an apology for when they watched my order fall to the floor as they laid it in the counter. They just stood there and watched me pick up what they let drop without saying a word.

I just wanted to commend the young lady and young man that were closing shop tonight. They were prepping a massive to-go order at 8:30pm, but still managed to serve last minute customers like me, and prep for cleaning to close, all at the same time. Owners note that the black JJ letters dye leaks from the wrap paper into the unwhiches (the lettuce wraps) (specifically into the lettuce), which can become toxic with continued exposure. People don't want to eat dye, especially because microplastic toxicity is becoming more common through food and fast food containers, so please change your wrapping paper and spare your custoners potential cancer and disease.Thank you.

michael at pelham is the worst jimmy john's gm i ever had since i been working for jimmy john's in 2008 he's selfish has bad customer service and no leadership skills he over staffs drivers n we make no money and get cut every day he only cares about delivery times he doesn't care about the growth of the co workers
