Earlier today my family ordered five subs from this Jimmy Johns for lunch and we all got diarrhea soon after. Maybe we got served really old food since it was a Sunday... quite disappointed.

Ordered a sandwich for delivery for lunch and it took 42 minutes for it to finally be out for delivery. So long that I actually called the store to confirm the order came through. Sandwich arrived on bread so chewy and gross I didn’t eat it and it had definitely been sitting somewhere the whole 42 minutes, not fresh at all. Now im out $10 and still hungry. Will not be ordering from here again.

Don’t order here unless you want your sub dripping with mayo and oil. This is the second time this has happened literally dripping I had to throw it out. Never again.

This location has gone to complete shit for delivery in the last year. Small things like chips, drinks or cookies are always forgotten. They cannot keep delivery drivers so they use Uber Eats to bring your food and the drivers can never find you. I will say there’s a new manager and she was incredibly nice on the phone when I called today so this message is more for the owner. I promise you that losing customers is not worth whatever money you’re saving by not paying drivers

This is my second time going in and walking out (last time was last year and for the same reason). Employees wear gloves, touch all the sandwich ingredients, touch the cash registers, then go back to touching food. Unacceptable, especially considering that the sandwiches are not heated. Both times, the employees were respectful, asked if we were ordering or picking up, and communicated up front about what was available, wait time, etc. No complaints on employee service. I've worked food service at two restaurants in the kitchen and front, and the food handling I saw on 9/22 and last year was sub-par.

The only worker there was Jessica and she was awesome. Under a lot of pressure with being by herself. She worked her tail off going as fast as she can. Jessica deserve 100 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ but the owner should have been there if you only have 1 worker. Jessica you are awesome you deserve a paid vacation.

Needs more staff! The workers are going as fast as they can but there's 12 people standing around waiting for their food. It's not worth the money you save on wages if people never come back!

Placed a delivery order. Did not receive my chips or drink. The wrap I received had so much ranch in it that it wasn’t edible. I also ordered a side of ranch and it was out of date. Absolutely terrible experience.

I can't say enough about the staff and manager at the Pelham Jimmy Johns. We have ordered catering twice in the past two weeks and have had to alter both orders at the last minute. They went above and beyond to help us, even though the hiccups were caused by us. They were kind, accommodating, and the food was excellent. We are using them again this week, and will use them again and again in the future!

Only complaint is consistency. A #4 does not have cheese on the menu, but it ends up on the sandwich sometimes. The amount of meat is not always the same either.

Service was terrible. Places order via mobile app. After 15 minutes of waiting, they asked if I had placed and order and my name. They finished another person's order (who ordered after me), made my 2 sandwiches, placed it on the counter. There was no apology for the delay and there wasn't an apology for when they watched my order fall to the floor as they laid it in the counter. They just stood there and watched me pick up what they let drop without saying a word.
