Johnny Rockets

Got here hoping that there was a Johnny rockets because it was always one of my favorite type of restaurants because of the history behind a place like this. Unfortunately this one is parmently closed along with the mass majority of the other Johnny rockets across the US. It's ashame whoever bought Johnny rockets out is closing all of the stores and ruining the name

THIS LOCATION IS NO LONGER JOHNNY ROCKETS.This is now Frankie's Cafe. Its okay but not as good as Johnny Rockets was.

Nice folks great service

I like this spot! They give first-cleass dishes, their menu is varied, The cook in that restaurant is a real authority in the kitchen, I enjoy very much eating all their dishes. The food is always fresh and tasty, the attitude towards the visitors is good. I visit often this place and I not even once was disappointed. I recommend it to all my friends.

Clean & well-maintained. Order in a line & food is brought to tables. It's a shame there is no table service. Wish there was hand sanitizer stations.

Very horrible experience. First you have to order at the cash registers across from the actual restaurant and it's not the full Johnny Rockets menu. Second, the actual restaurant was not very clean, and no salt or ketchup or anything at the tables. Thirdly, we waited over 30 minutes to receive only half of our order (thankfully the kids' half). And it took over an hour to get the rest- my husband asked about it twice and the second time they said it had been forgotten. We will not be coming back again.

Their cashier left a lot to be desired in the customer service department. Would not recommend

First off I'll say that this review does not reflect the cooks in the kitchen who were doing their best to get food out quickly. My issue is with management. It's mid-day and there is simply not enough staff to handle the restaurant. And only one "waitress". It 30min to receive two burgers and fries. I know that this establishment can do better and in a few months my son and I will try again. Food...was ok. For $25 I could have did better almost ANYWHERE else.

Came to bring our kids to experience Johnny Rockets. Hour from home. Because they had a birthday party there they did not allow us to eat there. Will NOT go back.

Just watched a bearded dude with dip in walk behind the counter at the grill, and leave his dip cup on the counter. Hubby and I got two chocolate shakes and sweet potato fries. Our friend got chilli cheese fries and a pb chocolate shake. My shake had strawberry bits in it. Chilli cheese fries had cold cheese and had beef blood at the bottom, and the place is just dirty. Service is terrible. It's not like how it used to be.... You know, friendly and inviting?? It's not cold, rude, and disgusting in behavior and appearance. Waste of money and time. Plus, what's with the ordering at the snack counter outside and having staff have trouble looking for your number...
