I ordered online, and the process was easy, and the sushi was delicious. They have simple rolls, but they are fresh and good. You can't beat their pricing. Their customer service was lackluster, and it seemed as though I was bothering the woman when I came to pick up my food. I ordered to go, the inside of the restaurant is very simple and you would still order at the counter.

I used to come here alot and this really used to be one of the better joy of tokyos but today the service was rude the tea was old and better yet there was hair in my sushi roll and I'm not talking just a lil it's sad to see a place that once was constant turn into what it is now.

This place is excellent. The most expensive thing on the menu is $15 and that is going to be the huge steak portion. Their steak is always super tender I have never had a chewy bite and it's great steak. Comes with veggies and two big scoops of fried rice and yum yum sauce. There's nothing not to like about this place. I haven't tried their other proteins but I would just recommend going for the steak!
It was okay but nothing I would say "hey let's go to, Joy of Tokyo" the food was okay, customer service was great and the restaurant was empty besides

I order 2 sushi rolls crab & salmon . They were sooooo dry! They didn’t taste fresh at all. I spent 34$ on 2sushi rolls & a rice bowls for chicken & shrimp. They use to be really good but they have falling off completely! The portion sizes are so small . There was barely any meat or veggies in my plate. It was more rice than anything. I really wanted a refund but I just got off a 12hr shift and I didn’t feel like running back out. Definitely won’t be eating/ordering here again. Very disappointed! Wasted money!
