The delivery food is awful. Makes me feel like a food critic. I don't know how the food is for dine in but take out is just bad I don't care how they ask you how you want your steak they will do the same way every time. Just my opinion but don't say I didn't warn you

I just got a GH order from here and while it is delicious as always, the amount of chicken is really mediocre. :/ I did substitute vegetables for more rice but it is such a tiny amount of meat. Like a kids meal worth of meat. Really disappointed.
Food is subpar..... I wouldn't eat there no more!

Not only has the food gone down hill, the service was terrible and on top of that they charge you 25c for a cup of water and it’s a small styrofoam cup at that, what happened to the big clear cups from before, what a rip off.

The food is pretty good, the restaurant seemed quite clean, and the employee at the register was nice. The only reason for 4 stars is the price for what you get, servings seem rather small. It would be very expensive to take a family here.

I asked for ice water with my meal. I was given a 6oz cup and charged $.25. That's the epitome of nickeling and diming your customers. That's not the first time I have experienced that sort of treatment at JOT. Once I was charged $.50 for then to remove the onions from my order! What's up with that? I have finally decided I will not go back. There are so many other options.

It was the nastiest food I've gotten from them. Everything tasted old nothing was fresh. I will not be returning. I see why they don't get much business. I'm going back to Oriental house. Never again ?️. Disappointing
