Four of our Czech & Slovak family went tonight for dinner. A dinner we hoped would remind us of our grandmothers old country cooking. And what a dinner it was. Pastry filled with cheeses and jam, grilled tender beef with mint, dumplings big as baseballs. We laughed, we drank, we ate and told old country poems and ate some more. A wonderful time was had by all. Thank you for bringing this real life restaurant to our town. See you soon. Pete Bednar

Keipi Restaurant offers a unique dining experience, showcasing Georgian culture through its decor, music, and menu. The fusion and traditional Georgian dishes are well-received, with standout items like the brie/bacon khachapuri and the 3 mini khachapuri. The walnut salad is refreshing and plentiful, and the adjaruli khachapuri features a generous serving of raw egg. The wine selection is impressive, and the knowledgeable staff, including the tamada, or toastmaster, enhance the experience by leading authentic Georgian toasts. Visitors have praised the salad, featuring beets, for its deliciousness. The restaurant's space is kid-friendly, making it suitable for families. Guests have enjoyed dishes like kharcho, which comes with fluffy pita-like bread triangles for dipping, and khachapuri and khinkali drenched in butter. The handmade khinkali have thin, delicate skins, not doughy, and are made fresh in the restaurant. Additionally, the communal dining experience at the Keipi community table has been described as life-changing, allowing guests to connect and make new friends. Overall, Keipi Restaurant is worth the drive, providing a memorable and enjoyable Georgian dining experience, though some suggest that additional wall decor and traditional Georgian music could enhance the atmosphere.
