We were visiting my son’s new baby boy and stopped to get dinner for them. We ordered 12 piece dinner. #1 asked to wait in parking lot. Nice young lady came out after about 10 minutes with bags. I had ordered half crispy and half original. She said sorry I had to give you 4 more crispy as we are out of original but I have you an extra piece. I did not think you wanted to wait 16 minutes on us to make it. I said ok and left. I was serving 4 adults and realized I had maybe enough potatoes for 2. The slaw and gravy was fine and the macaroni was maybe half and overcooked or old. I then realized where’s the biscuits??? No biscuits! Disappointed in that meal!

Zero stars the chicken they serving a two year old child can eat alone,staff is rude and lies about the items they serve I will never return!!!! Wish I could leave zero stars ??
Few months later update Jacob at drive thru late night and hungry 10/10 recommend he was very tentative and made sure our order was fresh quick and everything in the bag-thanks so much!!!❤️❤️

Here's the thing I went twice and both times I found a chicken to be undercooked. The manager did replace the chicken however I gave it away I didn't want it what I wanted was my money back but I didn't get it all I got asked is replacement constantly I won't be back!
Honestly. Go else where. Their rude employees and overcooked sometimes undercooked chicken aren’t worth it. My chicken should not sound like I’m eating rocks and should not feel like it either. -1 out of 10 DO NOT recommend.

If I could give this location ZERO stars I would. HORRIBLE customer service from Loretta and Donny VERY ARGUMENTATIVE and passive aggressive ! Never have I ever experienced that here before. I will not be back due to this experience !
