The wings were undone and very big I almost died after I ate them I had to be rushed to the hospital not even 20 mins after eating them shut this place down from the reviews I've read this place been nasty I will never understand why someone would dip already spicy wings in BBQ its disgusting smh this is the one located in cherrydale to be exact disgusting

It's disgusting to have to go to this place and find such bad food. The smell of this part of the chicken is horrible. I only realized this when we were already eating, Even my two-year-old son was eating it. This food is not good. I do not recommend this place.

Poor customer service. 3 customers stood waiting for at least 6 minutes before we were even greeted. Once I said something it took another couple minutes before someone took our order. After that long wait, I got hard burned fries and cold tenders. Never will return to this location again. What happened to good management and customer service these days.

I ordered some chicken and I got some 2 small chicken thighs and they were incredibly stingy with the hot sauce and the honey the season was good but anyways do better!
Was told a certain item was no longer available. Then when I had to reorder approximately 15 minutes. Steel had to wait a long time to get my order. Not sure what was going on that night.

How in the world do they run out of chicken @12 noon?? To make matters worse, they didn't tell me until after I paid for my order and waited 4 or 5 more minutes. PISS POOR SERVICE ALL TOGETHER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

Ok so I dropped in over the weekend to have some dinner with a friend and it was around 9pm. They don't close to 10 so we had a hour to eat in which was good. The guy that took my order was very sweet and very kind and attentive. I do not know his name but he was very nice. He suggested we get the 20.00 meal with 6 PC chicken and 4 sides. Cool beans so that's what we got. Upon receiving the food the chicken just looked old and all torn up. Original recipe. I know you close as at 10 but that's no excuse to give people old chicken. The mashed potatoes were Luke warm almost cold and the macaroni was thick and just warm enough to eat but it was not good. We ate because we were hungry but both I and my friend were disappointed. The sweet tea was about the best thing we had. It was good but the food was not. The chicken was just old no other words. The workers seemed unhappy 🙁 except for the guy that took our order. It was a older lady walking around that worked there that looked and sounded irritated. My chicken pieces were so small it was like KFC is fryin up baby birds before they are old enough to be slaughtered. I'm just saying and this isn't just this location. I went to the one in TR not long ago and they done the same thing. And the one on whitehorse. When I want chicken good fried chicken I want my pieces hefty not small little pieces. And it's not cheap. I don't know what's going on with KFC but I've loved the original recipe chicken many years but the chicken and food has gone down hill. I'm being honest. We spent $27. Plus tax total and to receive that kind of food was a let down. Also my skin on my chicken breast was mushy and not cooked through. I wrote KFC corporate on that issue. I hope it gets better.
