Door says they open @ 10 got there at 10:40 and doors were locked . People were also sitting in drive thru. I went next door to LJS and gave them my business

Ordered breast and wing but got thigh and wing and was so greasy it was dripping off the chicken. Nothing bad to say about girl who runs the register who always looks so happy very courteous. I would say always check your order

They close a whole hour early, lights outside turned off by 10 meanwhile there is a sign that says “close at 11:00pm” but they don’t answer the drive thru. There will be people still inside walking around acting like they do not see anyone in the drive thru as if they are invisible. They are loosing money bc they are LAZY. Get a new job if you don’t want to do it!!

The only thing I buy from Kentucky is the fried liver and their chicken pot pie. Love their chicken pot pie.
I go through the drive thru and order their 2 piece 7 dollar meal extra crispy. When I get to the window the cashier Eduardo. said it would be 15 min on the extra crispy and to pull around to the front. I did and soon 2 other cars pull up behind me. We'll we wait. Soon one large order comes out. 10 min later another large order comes out neither were mine. So now both cars behind me are gone. So I'm still waiting and waiting. I get tired of waiting go inside only one customer inside eating. This older lady with glasses sees me and says how can I help you? I explain everything just the way I did in this. She said oh those other people ordered original. Our extra crispy just came up.. I said it take 1/2 an hour to cook extra crispy chicken? Then proceeded to make my order but then started making it wrong because I asked for Mac and cheese and she started giving me mash potatoes after she asked me for my receipt she obviously didn't care to read it or she wouldn't have had to ask what was in my order to the other employees. This location has terrible customer service I can't belive they are still open!!

Drove up to the drive-thru at 10:52 pm, August 4th. I didn't mean to come so close to closing as I was visiting from out of state on vacation and didn't see they closed at 11pm till at drive thru. Employee said hello I'll be right with you waited a minute came back and said we are closed I said you are she said yes and then I said completely closed? She said yes, we ran out of chicken. The whole time I could hear laughter in the background from another lady as the lady I was speaking to was also giggling. Completely unprofessional. The two girls clearly just wanted to close the restaurant a little early. I don't understand why they would give the company a bad look, name and reputation. Also losing money for the company.

We don't have a KFC in Brevard nc anymore and on our way back from shrinners children's hospital with our granddaughter we decided to get some lunch and we were not disappointed at all the staff were all very friendly and our food came out quick and was all hot and fresh food service work ers need to hear when they do a great job so great job folks and thank you

We had one adult and four children that went inside to eat. There was one person in front of us that was waiting on an online order. I ordered 5 of the same meals and the proceeded to wait over 30 minutes for some chicken tenders and Mac and cheese. After waiting 20 minutes, I asked the employee that had taken my order how much longer she thought it might be. She rolled her eyes and said the chicken was being cooked. After we finally got our food, we opened our boxes to find that some food was missing. I once again walked to the counter to ask about it and with a sigh and another eye roll from the same employee, we finally got all of our order. The food was delicious, but service was HORRIBLE! I will never be visiting this KFC again.
