Every experience I've had here over the past few years has been nice. Fresh sashimi, good sushi rolls. Not much of a kids menu but they do have white rice and chicken nuggets if you're in a pinch. They've added a robotic server which is fun. Never had any issues with food quality.

Super bummed about this place. It used to be amazing!! We usually go 1-2 times per week. But the last few times my pork has been greasy, totally fatty, unseasoned, and barely cooked. It used to be hot and crispy and well spiced. We just examined our takeout and decided the pork wasn’t safe to consume as it’s not fully cooked. Super bummed. Not sure if the staff has changed recently, but yikes. Definitely taking a break from this spot.

If I would rate 0 star, I would do it! Me and my husband went to this restaurant tonight and the Asian middle age woman who served us at this restaurant was really extremely rude. She were super racist and only asked my husband what he wanted to order and literally skip asking me what I wanted to order?! Like what kind of service was that? Straight up disrespectful tbh. Also the foods we ordered had no flavor at all. The salmon on sushi rolls were over cooked, the Chinese hot pot was meh. Overall, it was a horrible experience, we are disappointed, and we wouldn’t go back to Koi ever again! ??

The fried rice is our favorite rice we've ever had, including restaurants 5x the price.
