Little Caesars Pizza

My Husband made an online order for dinner(189). I picked it up on my way home from work. I gave my Husbands name and Employee made a big stink about needing the confirmation number. I walked to my car and got my phone & gave her the number She gave me the food and I left.
When I arrived home, my Husband asked where’s the crazy bread.. I explained she gave me a pizza and a cup of sauce.
I called the store and the Manager suggested that I was lying about the cheesy bread and needs to check the cameras to make sure.
I said, you do just that, I’m on my way back over there so hopefully I won’t have to wait. He argued that I’m raising my voice and if I come back to the location, he will call the Police and have me trespassed from the location. He then hung up in my face and refused to answer when I called back (3 times).. so they have MY money.. but are also threatening me over some crazy bread.
In addition, the pizza was WRONG and dry. I WILL be contacting the Corporate Office and sharing my HORRIBLE experience on all of my Social Media platforms! Extremely disappointed and we WON’T be returning. SAVE YOURSELVES THE HEADACHE and go across the street to Papa Johns! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! No where on this ticket does it say to put toppings on only one side.

Disgusting! Just wanted a quick meal late at night, then I witness people smoking cigarettes over my food? And this place is still open? Save your money and go somewhere else im very Disgusted in what management let slide. Its one thing to play with food but to have CIGARETTES hanging over my darn food? Yeah. You lost your mind. Never coming back.

Horrible experience. Clearly stated what I needed, got a direct response from the cashier confirming this. When the order came up it was incorrect. The cashier proceeded to argue with me about how I should have said it, and when I persisted, she forcibly threw the pizza on the floor behind the counter and stormed to the back to remake it. When she delivered the remake, it was thrown on the counter with no words. Unbelievable. No customer service here!!

This is the problem on america today. Forst off i have to apend 38 dollars for a pizza, crazy puffs and two two liters. Then i am supposed to add a tip. YOU BEING ME TWO WARM SODAS???? WHAT IS THE PURPOSE? Little crasars, doordash, grubhub or uber eats just blame the driver so thier brand isnt tarnished. Garbage. Thanks, now looking for another pizzeria.

I ordered delivery from this store and the driver only brought one of our three pizzas. The driver gave me attitude, but said she would go back and get them. After 15 minutes I called the to see if she had picked them up. The girl that answered said no, but to give it 30 more and call back. After an hour of waiting on the driver to bring it back, I called the store and the girl I spoke to this time had no idea what I was talking about. She told me that our pizzas weren’t there. I had to strongly convince her to check and of course our pizzas were still there. She then stated that I would just have to come get them. I explained that I paid for delivery and I shouldn’t have to come pick them up. Her reply: You can come get them. This is the second time we have only received a partial delivery from this location and the second time they would not make it right.

These kids in here are disrespectful. Cussing loud while children are in the lobby. It's a shame management can't get this place under control. The staff would wash their hands, then reach in their pockets and play with their hair.... go to Dominoes.

Horrible service, to me she's racist. A lady with a red hat served me. This person's service is extremely bad. They should fire her. She's done this to me twice now. She's always charging me more, adding more to my order while I'm not ordering, she makes fun of me. She's African American.

This place has a lot of young children. They were not trained properly and will not fix my pizza the way I ask, they just seem to be very lazy about it.m.

Tonight I have to give a 1 rating. We went through drive thru around 6:10-6:15 and ordered a pepperoni pizza and crazy combo. When we got home, which is a 15 minute drive in this traffic, got comfortable and opened the box, we had been given a pizza that looks as if the staff were planning to eat it. Slices were already pulled apart. The pizza looks like a mistake. I drove 15 minutes back to the store (7:10 pm) and asked for a manager. I told him that pizza should never have been given to me(2nd picture)and I didn't appreciate having to drive 15 minutes back to return it. He did not even try to make it right or apologize. I should have been offered a refund or a free drink, even a cup of pizza sauce would have been better than not caring. We are home again, this time they gave me a fresh pizza(picture 1). Check your box.
