Little Caesars Pizza

This place has a lot of young children. They were not trained properly and will not fix my pizza the way I ask, they just seem to be very lazy about it.m.

Tonight I have to give a 1 rating. We went through drive thru around 6:10-6:15 and ordered a pepperoni pizza and crazy combo. When we got home, which is a 15 minute drive in this traffic, got comfortable and opened the box, we had been given a pizza that looks as if the staff were planning to eat it. Slices were already pulled apart. The pizza looks like a mistake. I drove 15 minutes back to the store (7:10 pm) and asked for a manager. I told him that pizza should never have been given to me(2nd picture)and I didn't appreciate having to drive 15 minutes back to return it. He did not even try to make it right or apologize. I should have been offered a refund or a free drink, even a cup of pizza sauce would have been better than not caring. We are home again, this time they gave me a fresh pizza(picture 1). Check your box.

I ordered through DoorDash I called to see how to cancel because my son had ordered something else. They put me on hold until the order could no longer be canceled. I’m very mad about it too!!!!!!!!

Went for a Cheese pizza. It was a 20 minute wait. I got the pepperoni instead. The crust was still frozen. Terrible terrible experience did I mention the whole thing was terrible?!? I recommend never going there!! The people were nice. But, horrible food!! I threw it away. The $8 was worth throwing away!! Very disappointed, and no I don’t want a reply back from them. I will never go and highly recommend everyone to NOT go there!!

I returned the pizza and was offered a full refund. It was very sarcastic! “It can’t be frozen because it stays in the box”. I accepted losing the money. I even tipped, and I don’t regret that. That manager is terrible!! Not the employees.

I will find out the owner. Piss poor experience. Another pizza company gave me 1/2 off. Yes, I returned the entire pizza except for the 2 pieces that were tasted.

Do not ever get a pizza from Little Ceaser’s in Cherrydale!! It’s a terrible idea. Especially if that one manager is there!!

I wouldn't argue about food cause it's a shame but wasted my time

Change that black girl with glasses that's in the drive thru. I went to the drive thru at 10:35 and they she say I have to wait so i pay and drove around the other parking lot facing the drive thru and I saw her selling to so many cars after me (rude)
I picked up my order @10 from another worker.

Little Caesars is my favorite pizza place. I think it's the best. Maybe I'm biased, but still. Only sad thing is that their prices have gone way up. Hot-N-Ready pizza will have to be only for special occasions, I guess. But still. I called and got three pizzas and got there fifteen minutes later. Great food, they had it ready when I got there, and the employees were nice.

Kid-friendliness: Ask them if they have cookie packs for the kids. Most places do unless they're out. Pretty nice snack to tide them over on the ride home or for a little dessert afterwards.

Every time I think I should give this place another chance I am always disappointed. The pizza is either half raw, over cooked, super old, or too thin compared to their standard. Today I got a pizza and didn’t check until I got home and today I was the lucky winner of a pizza that was probably under the heat lamp since 12 this after noon. Absolutely disgusting and probably against DHEC regulations. I took two slices hoping they would be edible, but they were not. Straight in the trash. What a waste of money.

I was hanging with my homegirls and I opened the other box of pizza! It was thin , cold and had no sauce on it ! Also soggy and it flipped back as I grabbed it y’all need to do better because this ain’t it also tasted like rubber

I went to Little Caesars in Greenville (the cheerydale store) I ordered a pepperoni pizza,and Italian crazy bread both were cold,and I live 7 mins from the store.i called back and was Place on hold long enough to drive back to the store to get a replacement pizza,I pulled up to the window (still on hold) while the girls that work there were just laughing and cutting up,the young lady that first served me came to the window as I let her know that I was the Called that she has on hold and that she can hang her phone up now,(she was busted) so Automatic attitude I explained the problem SHE PLAYED DUMB,.And The Pass Me On To Here Manager Which Was A Female WITH WAY TO MUCH MASCULINE ENERY,SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AS SHE TOLD ME THERE WOULD BE NO REPLACEMENT..I've Worked With the public for 30 year's, and have not once been rude to my customers..These People do not need to serve the public..The Managers Attitude is piss poor and falling...TRULY DISGUSTED...
