Little Caesars Pizza

I placed a delivery order around 6. It was supposed to get here between 6:30 and 7. The app kept saying the driver was waiting at the store, and then it switched to three different drivers. Then, literally just now, a couple of minutes before closing, it said it was canceled. It was four pizzas and cost $50. I will dispute the transaction once it has been processed.

I also tried calling earlier to cancel around 8 PM, and no one answered the phone.

I definitely won't recommend this service.

Pizza was ok. The bread was a weird texture and a bit mashed up, but not too bad. Their pizza is usually delivered in better conditions so this isn't a common occurrence. Other than that I always have a good experience with this business.

I purchase 2 3 meat pizza with extra cheese and when I picked the order up on one had extra cheese on the pizza. I go back and asked to compensated for my time young black guy tells me no because it’s extra cheese on there and starts pointing at certain spots in the pizza that has “extra cheese”. Arguing with me back and forth about how he know it’s extra cheese first of all customer is always right and this store needs better customer service this was unacceptable. Then he proceeds to tell his co workers and starts laughing out loud while customer is still in there making a complaint.

I am not sure what has happened but this store has made a full 180. The pizzas are wonderful, topped very well and just tastes better. The last two times we ordered here we didn't have to wait any and they were kind as always. But whatever happened please don't change and we will see you every Wednesday.

I stopped by Little Caesar’s around 12:20 today, as I often do, and just wanted to give credit where it’s due. I always order a custom pizza with no red sauce because of an allergy, so it basically comes out like a cheese bread. I know this can be tricky to make since it can burn easily, but the team here always makes sure it comes out just right.

The young man at the window is always polite and friendly, and the cook who makes my pizza takes the time to ensure it’s prepared perfectly. In a time when great customer service can be hard to find, I really appreciate the effort and kindness from this crew. They truly go above and beyond, and it deserves to be recognized.

If you need a shower I recommend trying the drive-thru during a rain storm.

Love the food. The employees are profoundly lazy and forget parts of delivery orders constantly and just don't check at all before giving it to the drivers. I'm tired of having to get refunds, I just want to get what I ordered!

Great pizza most of the time. This time everything was just a little overcooked. They need to watch that. The crazy bread was thin and not good. Come on Little Ceasars do better!!

Food was good but I wanted a fast order so I ordered some hot and ready pizzas thinking they were going to be ready well I had to wait 15 minutes it was ridiculous. I thought the whole point in making the hot and ready so they would be hot and ready

I've been to this little Caesars countless times and can't say that I've ever had a bad experience here. The employees are always friendly and professional.

If I could rate 0, I would. I stopped by and got a special extra pepperoni pizza and bread sticks and sauce. I should have looked at it before I got home, one slice had no pepperoni at all on it. In addition to it being so hard it was not edible. There was hardly any pizza sauce on it at all or maybe it had dried up from sitting there so long. The young lady called to the back that she had sold the last special extra pepperoni pizza. I wonder how long it had sat in the oven warmer...obviously long enough to get hard as a brick. I won't be back. I should have read the reviews before I went there.

Pretty consistent, orders are usually ready. Good communication about time until ready, but sometimes, have a several minute wait.
