Okay folks let’s be honest here. The food sucks tonight. Management has changed again. It’s basically hit and miss with this establishment. The pizza was cold and burnt. The pizza puffs were also cold and burnt. My honest opinion, bad food. I suggest going to a pizza restaurant that serves good food and is consistent with good quality. Little Cesar’s is incompetent and incapable of reaching that goal. I think that the owners should be ashamed of themselves. They are plenty of good pizza establishments on Woodruff Road. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE FOLKS!! They suck.

I did not go inside, but my husband said the young lady at the register acted as if she was having a bad day. He was not greeted for one and then over charged him for his order. The manager had to come correct the order and finish the transaction. He ordered the deep dish, combo, which was good, and I ordered the puffs. I don't know why the pizza was hot, but the puffs were cold and not good at all. I was highly disappointed. Wanting to try something out, but will not be trying again.

I ordered a cheese stuffed pretzel crust pepperoni that was supposed to come with a cheese sauce. I got a regular crust pepperoni that someone sprinkled the pretzel salt onto. I ordered it at 7:00 and at 7:18, in went into the oven according to the website. I walked in at 8:05 with it showing "In the oven" on the website after refreshing it a dozen times or so over the course of 30 mins prior to walking in the door. My "order" had been sitting in the warmer for quite some time, but I was starving and decided to just take it anyway. Given this level of service, I had zero expectations of receiving my corrected order in a timely manner.

I ordered online and went there, but they said they would just give me a refund because it was closed, but other places were also closed, so I lost the opportunity to order. The same franchise store in Mauldin closed at 9 p.m. and stopped taking online orders from 8:20, but here it is said to be closed at 10 p.m. according to the online. My order was completed and accepted at 8:50 p.m., but when I showed up there to pick up my order about at 9:30 p.m. they said they were closed and they would just refund. It's so absurd, if they had rejected my order when they decided to close, then I could've searched other store and ordered. They stole my time and chance to get my dinner without any compensation. And even finally the employee and the woman who appears to be the owner just asked me to leave because they were going to close, but no matter what the customer's situation was, they changed the closing time at their own discretion and unilaterally canceled the completed order and just refunded it. If you just do it, have you completed all your responsibilities for an already accepted order and the customer who came to pick it up? This store does not deserve to take online orders, I think.

The pizza was good but we had to.waot 20 minutes for just a plain cheese pizza. The cashier didn't speak wasn't friendly very rude.
Food was terrible terrible terrible... can tell they don't care about what they serve. They quality isn't all that great like it use to be. And a mixture of workers who don't care is a recipe for nasty pizza. Deserve NO starsUpdate: it's a bunch of trifling kids that work here. So if u eat here check your food but it's best to not eat here. Period. I got crazy bread it was missing a couple of sticks..really.. I blame management cause either they not there overseeing operations or they trifling also

I was actually doing an UberEats order in which I was picking up an order for a customer. I already had one in the car for a second customer as well. When I got there, the employees were arguing with each other and one particular employee was screaming for another to 'shut the f up.' I waited about 45 minutes (at this point, TWO customers of mine were essentially waiting over an hour for their food) . I ended up asking three, yes THREE employees if the order was ready, three seperate times. And every single one of them looked right at me, then ignored me each time. Every. Single. Time. At this point I just assumed they would never give me the order and left so that at least one of my customers got their food. One of the worst experiences I've had in a restaurant to be honest, found the staff to be very disrespectful and rude.

First time to this Little Caesar. I called and put an order in advance and when I came to pick it up, they made a mistake on one of the orders. Instead of only square chess, they added pepperoni to it, and I don't eat pork because I'm Muslim. The manager apologized and they made a new one. Although it was an inconvenience and extra waiting time, I wanted to put a good review due to the fact of how well they handled the situation :)

Rudest employees ever! The four people "working" ignored us for a quick grab & go pizza. Didn't greet us, had the sourest looks on their faces & were straight up a$$#oles! Absolutely filthy inside as well. Never going back!!

Come here pretty often on my lunch break it’s past 11 (opening time) and I ordered lunch special says it’ll be a ten minute wait.. I feel like pizzas should be ready to purchase at 11 am .. unacceptable that this happens all the time at this location
