The service was very disappointing. It was my first time dining here, and the experience was confusing and chaotic due to so many servers working together. The system did not seem to work well. I barely had a chance to look at the menu before they took my boyfriend’s order since he already knew what he wanted. The staff was not very polite, and overall the service made the visit unpleasant. Unfortunately, because of the poor service, I would not return.

Even on what looked like a slow night, I still received poor customer service, over the phone & in person. There’s no sense of urgency from any of the employees. When visiting, have patience because you WILL wait! For everything. And at the end of it all, I ordered a 10-piece wing, and only received 9.

Such a cool bar tucked into a strip mall. Lots of pool tables and draft beers. I had the dumplings and spinach artichoke dip. They were both exceptionally delicious. The service I received was impeccable.

Awesome atmosphere and to top it off my husband has found his Philly Eagles family!!
My husband and I found this neat little spot last month while on a work trip and fell in love with the atmosphere and vibe, then we had the wings which were amazing! We went back last night and had more wings and played a couple games of pool! The amount of board/card games they have is unreal. Its a great place to hang out with friends/family, grab a bite and play games! I can see this as a place we will frequent when in Greenville!

They give women a hard time when they get creeped on. I had the audacity to tell a creep to leave me alone after many attempts. ..and the staff acted shocked.
God forbid a girly lose her temper when being molested (he later got banned for being Chester the molester), but management (the man) will blow you off

I am gluten free due to severe celiac disease, and I love this place. It has a wide variety of options, and their Buffalo chicken dip and gf Mac and cheese is to die for. I even got it catered to the rehearsal dinner for my wedding. I also love the environment of this place. A chill place to play board games provided while you eat!

Food was decent, looks a lot better in the pictures than it actually is, the fried pickles are awesome so get them. The customer service sucks, I left my hoodie at my chair on November 5th, 2025. My wife called two times on this day and said we would be there the following day November 6th and when I got there I waited for 20 minutes while they looked for it and the manager came out and said they took everything to Goodwill earlier that day and we explained we called and showed him the call log and all the manager said was I'm sorry with no remorse and did not offer anything, so we left because I was not going to spend another dollar there

I recently hosted a 50th birthday celebration for my husband at Local Cue and cannot say enough good things about the experience! Liana was super helpful and communicative during the planning stage and the bartenders and wait staff were extremely professional and attentive during the event itself. Several guests made mention of how impressed they were with the service and they ALL raved about the food! Many thanks to Local Cue for making my event a memorable one!

Just go and try this hidden gem. My daughter took me after she found it. Get the wings, get a giant plate of wings, explore the sauces. They are all fantastic. The atmosphere is pretty typical bar scene with nothing special, but the food and service more than make up for any detraction.
