It hasn't opened yet, but the planned sculpture for the locale will add an element of sophistication that is dreadfully lacking in Mauldin. It will be a celebration to the multicultural community that Mauldin has become. Bravo!

There has been much brouhaha lately about Bridgeway Station, where Locos will be opening in the near future. However very little has been said about the humungous ugly sculpture that is supposed to be installed there. Both the merchants occupying Bridgeway Station, and the residents of Mauldin in general, need to be vigilant in preventing this from happening. Otherwise they will be stuck with a towering eyesore of concrete and steel that will block out the local scenery and break their minds.It seems like the management is trying to keep quiet about it until the thing is put up, at which point removal will be extremely impractical. The people of the community are going to have to raise the issue themselves preemptively.
