The worse steakhouse I have ever been to. The food is, to be blunt, crappy. How they are still in business is beyond me. The chicken stew is so salty, it will give you a stroke. The steaks are tough and over cooked. Wendy's makes a better chili for a lot less money. The saving grace are the rolls but they are not enough to ever have me go back there again

Came down from Asheville for son’s birthday and he wanted steak. As we got our foot the man behind us threw up. It went on floor behind us and on my purse. We couldn’t eat.

Came down from Asheville for son’s birthday and he wanted steak. As we got our foot the man behind us threw up. It went on floor behind us and on my purse. Several of us could not eat due to seeing this and the smell. They did mop a little. The waitress got up in my face told me it’s about to get crowded. Manager gave us 50% off one of the 2 tickets we had for our table of 6. We went to leave couldn’t get out of parking lot due to fire truck and we were late for our Top Golf reservation and lost our spot and money. We understand man couldn’t help it but staff was not helpful and considerate. The waitress also should have backed off when medics showed up but she took over the scene taking man’s blood pressure and all. I do understand that she is a medic ion another job but her job tonight was taking care of customers around and not getting in the way. We were very disappointed that we were not moved and asked if we needed anything. And now sons birthday was ruined as we have to head back up the mountain with no top golf and take home boxes of our food.

The servers are great! This last time we went on a Saturday afternoon and I unfortunately don't remember our servers name but she was awesome. I hate to describe a person but she was a black lady with double nose piercing - I'm hoping that helps describe her cuz she was awesome and deserves recognition. I went to another chain steakhouse a few months back and they said 3 drink max - like what??? First I'm fat so 3 drinks ain't a thing, but I'm also eating tons of food so don't be giving me garbage about the drinks...it adds to your tip yo! Besides I had to designated driver who wasn't drinking.

The food was yummy as always, the drinks were super reasonable on price. The service was fast on the drinks...none of this waiting 14 mins to serve bring the drink.

1 steak, 1 burger and like 5 drinks and still under $100 with top - hell yeah we'll be back.

Steak was ordered medium rare and was cooked just right, loved it. Mac n cheese was ok, lacking some flavor. Prices were ok as well.

I go there (to the one in Greenville, South Carolina) about once a week for lunch. It is ok. The food is typically pretty good. One thing that really gets on my nerves though is the fact I have to clean the seats in order to sit down. It is like they spray the seats with pancake syrup (or something equally sticky). I've noticed the busboys put the dish containers on the seats when they clean them off.....and the bottom of those things are nasty. So maybe that's it. Aside from that, its ok.

While waiting for my table, I asked two ladies that were leaving “how was your dinner”. One said it was okay but my steak was a lot of gristle, the other said “mine was cooked to death. I decided to go with the combo meal of ribs and mesquite chicken. While I was waiting for my meal, two of the three guests at a table near me had to send their steaks back because they weren’t cooked correctly; I’ thinking good thing I ordered the ribs and chicken. When my meal arrived it was okay; ribs were cooked to the fall off the bone degree (that’s good), the chicken was pretty small but tased good. One thing with the chicken that seemed weird was it appeared it was dropped into rice pilaf, removed from such and then put on my plate. Overall it was a meal, was okay, I ate it. I’m traveling through the area, if I stop in this area again, I won’t dine here again. A positive addition, the server did his job well, was personable, told me he has enlisted in the Army and is headed for boot camp in two weeks - thank you sir and thank you for doing your part in helping to protect our Country.

We were with a large group. Service was very slow because we were assigned only one waiter.
