Took a co-worker to this location today. She had not been to LJS in a long time. This was the best restaurant experience I have had in a long time. A young man named Emmanuel greeted us with a smile, and was attentive to our needs throughout our meal. He treated us like we were dining in a full service restaurant. Ordered on the app goy there they had closed early there's no where on the app to geta refund didn't get the food until the next night. Had to drive all the way back across town to pick it up cause couldn't geta refund issued.

It's fast food. Fish is good, new waffle fries were cold and definitely not very fresh at all. They need to go back to the older style fries. Asked for malt vinegar but didn't get it, that's on me for not checking i guess.

I've been going here for years. The service is always good. The food is great too. Love the new waffle fries. I wish the slaw was scouped to order. Sometimes the slaw, being put in containers beforehand, can be a little dry.

Service wasn't the worst,but wasn't the most friendly either, almost like our visit was a chore. Food was not at all fresh. I'm glad we were able to get the food fast, but fresh would have been worth a bit of a wait. As far as atmosphere, the place definitely needs a refresh. It was clean, but the old and uncared for feeling made it feel like it was uninviting and dirty.
