Went through the drive-thru a while ago, and the speaker was so low that I couldn't even hear the person. There was another person behind me, who said that they couldn't hear her either (I read the drivers lips). Got to the window, Della, was the name, looked at me with a mean look on her face. When I gave her the money, she SNATCHED it out of my hands. This happened twice (not the money part), she was super rude, after I said thank you, she handed me the food and closed the window. If she doesn't like working there, she needs to just find herself another job. Point blank.
