What happened? I was excited to try this restaurant and it has great reviews. Even someone in my network recommended it. We tried a lunch service today.I ordered the salmon roll box. The server was struggling with English so there was a bit of a language barrier. She made several mistakes with drink orders,order accuracy, and checking on us.The menus are poorly designed, offering "boxes"/lunch specials with no real description of what comes with it. I couldn't eat one of the dishes and had no idea it came with that component. Combine this with the language issues..The salmon roll was NASTY! I've had sushi probably 100 times with no issue. The fish cut was very gnarly, it was fatty and had a bad consistency. It was so bad I was gagging trying to eat it. Hardly any rice, just a bunch of a bad cut of salmon.I didn't send it back to save face with my guests. I asked for extra ginger and got almost none. Again, she never checked on us.

Love Sushi is an intimate, quiet little restaurant with great food and service! Our food came out quickly and was very fresh. The staff is super friendly and the food is delicious. All of their food is reasonably priced and their sushi tastes better than some of the more expensive restaurants in Greenville.

You would think the sushi would be very good for the selection it gave. But that is not the case. I really don't know how this place stays in business. The costumer service is horrible they don't give refills until after you have paid the bill I guess it's because they are popping cans sodas pouring them in glasses. Also very tight place tables are very small and chairs are too. Not your typical place to dine. Place is very over priced quality of food is not fresh at all very slim chance that we will go back. Please don't waste your time or money. Publix sushi is way better.

This place is quiet and OMG I can't even find a way to start explaining how delicious the food is I mean this is DEFINITELY the place to go and taste the best sushi of your life 10/10. The waitress is not playing either she definitely expresses her emotion thru her work.

This was my first time eating here and I was excited because my family and I really annoy sushi but we haven’t found our spot yet. The lady at the counter (I assume the owner) was very nice. She walked over and chatted with us. The portion sizes were good but my sons hibachi steak was tough. My food was ok. The sushi was not bad but it was lacking. I don’t think we would eat here again especially for what we paid.

This is the best sushi spot I've ever been to that isn't super pricey. Me and my bff have been to so many spots, and this is the one. If you're looking for a cozy lil atmosphere, this is it. Not super fancy, but amazing, fresh sushi. And the owners are so adorable and always so helpful.
