Wish they would have kept the mauldin location instead. The food looks amazing here but, tastes so bland. I was so disappointed because I loved the mauldin location everything there was delicious and seemed so much more authentic.

Party of 6. After church, restaurant was not busy. We were seated out of main dining area surrounded by equipment( floor fan, barriers for lines. Why? ) Only two other tables w customers. Service was great. Took awhile for food. Delicious as always, but missing out on great opportunity to have great atmosphere. It's an Italian restaurant-why isn't it cozy and fun like the restaurants in Italy?

I stopped in here twice for gelato while visiting Greenville. The gelato is dreamy. My favorite combo is the Peanut Royale and Chocolate Velvet. So delicious! Nice staff also. You pay and then pick your flavors. They are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

We ate here tonight because of all of the good reviews, but were very disappointed. Three of us ordered pizzas, and all of them were burnt on the bottom--some of them were charred completely black. We pointed it out to our waitress, and she said, "Hmmmm", finished fillling our waters and left. No offer to bring us somethign else or discount our meal. The pizza crusts were also paper thin. We didn't like the gelato, either. It was a complete loss.

Came in for lunch before heading to the Clemson Football game. Their lunch menu is actually pretty substantial! I had one of their pizzas and hubby had the Monte Cristo. Both were extremely good but hubby was REALLY impressed with his sandwich! They put a pepper jelly on it which he raved about. Service was very attentive. Left very satisfied, especially after getting a cup of gelato to go. They have a lot more flavors than you typically see. Highly recommend!!!

The caramel latte was so good!!! If you really love banana flavor you will love the banana fosters. My son got blueberry lemonade and my daughter got lemon. Both seemed to really enjoy. Overall it’s a must to stop by if your in the mood for some really well made gelato.

Yes!! We love this place! It's casual with upscale food and great gelato options. You can stop in for a quick grab and go cone/coffee, or dine in and order a plate. The bar also has well crafted cocktails with an experienced mixologist. If you stop in, you will not be disappointed!

Disappointing."Garlic" bread was stale and had no garlic/garlic butter. Stuffed mushrooms were different than expected but were pretty good. Meatball (singular) was fantastic but the sauce had zero flavor, so after the meatball it was a plate of spaghetti and sauce that tasted like nothing. The part that really turned us off was the bill. We ordered a bottle of wine, an appetizer, salads, and then split an entree. We were charged an additional fee for splitting the entree. I would totally understand if we had two waters and then split a dish. When your bill is $90 for two people at a place with most of the menu items under $25, it's not like you didn't spend enough money. Adding a fee is just nickel and diming your customers. (The main reason we split was due to them being out of the dish my husband wanted. Besides though, how much can two people eat and be expected to spend without having to be penalized for not getting enough?)

Went for dinner last night before a show and had the Caesar salad , eggplant parm and chicken Marsala. All excellent, the eggplant was the best I’ve ever had , it wasn’t heavily breaded and fried, loved it, definitely a chef’s special. It should be a regular on the menu. The service is awesome and you have to have some gelato, it’s better than some I’ve had in Italy. We’ll be back for sure.

Might be good for gelato, but I would stay away for dinner. I wanted the fried mozzarella medallions on the dinner menu but they were out so they offered me the mozzarella sticks from the lunch menu. They were clearly frozen and mass produced. They tasted awful.I had the spaghetti and giant meatball for dinner. Meatball was good, the pasta sauce was bland. It comes with a salad but they have a $4 upcharge to mediocre Caesar. Overall, I'm bummed I wasted a dinner here.

Best gelato in the upstate! Every flavor is deliciously decadent and creatively unique! Definitely worth stopping in if your craving a sweet treat!

Service was slow. I assume this was due to being understaffed. The bartender was working very hard to keep up and to be sure people were being seated. It took our server around 10 minutes before coming to the table. They were out of mushrooms, lasagna and risotto. The cost was very high for the experience. The Caesar salad cost $4 extra and had very few low quality croutons and a pretty flavorless dressing. The workers seemed to be doing their best with what they had to work with, but I probably won't be back.

Very casual, almost a "hippie" vibe, much too casual for the price ranges, and for the "reservations" we made. Maybe it's just that I am not Gen X, Y or Z or Millenial. Tea was spoiled, bread was underdone and hard, ordered a second bread hoping for better...it was. Ranch dressing was too tart and tangy, Salad was bitter, with too many specialty greens and very little Iceberg. I was a bit unsettled by the fact that someone walked in off the street and without (visibly)washing hands began serving themselves ice cream and eating behind the counter, then went out and sat with customers, then served other customers ice cream. The server(our "waitress")was... ??? skittish, awkward, uninformed, asked about several items and she appeared to be clueless, saying things like..."uhhh, I don't know" or "oh man, I'll have to check on that" "It's the end of our week and we are running out of stuff cause we're gonna closed for the next two days" Telling us that she served us the last of the Coca-Cola(since the tea was spoiled)and had to pour that from a two liter bottle. On the bright side, the Lasagna was good to me, great to my wife. TIL(Today I Learned) that "Gelato" is just ice cream, nothing special.

This gelato was to die for! It was so creamy and the scoops are generous. The staff was friendly and helpful and let us try some of the flavors before we made a decision!
