Absolutely the worst service you will have. Came in and got a table quick but after 15 minutes had to ask for a waiter/waitress. When they did come to the table they acted like they didn't want to serve us. Last time me or my family and friends will ever come here to eat before going to a ballgame .food came out quickly and was good but not enough for us to come back.

Go here if you want some good burgers. I especially love the Route 66 burger on their menu, it's definitely my favorite burger in town. The wings don't taste like your average chicken wing in a way that I'm not a huge fan of, but my family members absolutely love them, so I recommend giving them a try. The garlic parm sauce they have is excellent on the wings and the garlic parm shrimp skewer appetizer. The atmosphere is a nice, warm irish pub with a decent mix of good bands from classic rock to recent. My waitress Madeline was very attentive and friendly, much like the others that I've had here. They always do a great job at recommending menu items or explaining something about the restaurant. Mac's is probably one of my top 3 favorite places to get a meal in downtown Greenville.

Yesterday was our first time here, unfortunately, it will be our last. While we got seated quickly, the service was pretty slow, which I understand given the crowd. We ordered the Hickory-Smoked Sampler Platter and some appetizers Brisket Burnt Ends, Deluxe Devils and Mac's Nachos. The only dish I liked was the Deluxe Devils, overall all else was mid in taste. EVERYTHING arrived COLD and the brisket was dry and hard. To top it off, our daughters received the wrong meals, we had asked for grilled chicken and they received Fried Chicken; however, the waitress fixed that. The atmosphere was nice, but I’d recommend coming for drinks rather than food. We were hoping for better based off of a recommendation plus the reviews :(

We order an app and after an hour of waiting, the bartender realized that the other bartender who took our order didn't put it in. By then, they ran out of it. They ended up getting us deviled eggs instead, which were okay. The bartender didn't smile or chat once. She really seems to hate her job. I know the service industry can be daunting, so I'm very understanding, but it was extreme. They started breaking down the bar almost an hour before close, even though they had almost a full bar. Overall, not a great experience. Won't be coming back. Workers don't want to be there and don't seem to care. The food we finally got was subpar. I personally know bartending can suck, but acting like your customers are a nuisance for no reason is extreme. I hope whatever was bothering this girl clears up so she can make some decent tips.

I had a brisket sandwich, was not impressed at all. Husband had a pulled pork sandwich, which was pretty good. The fried pickles were okay but too salty. The mac and cheese was really good.
Third time here getting take out and it’s the third time they got the order wrong.
I ordered the sausage sampler and was told I could substitute chicken sausage for the jalapeño cheese sausage. I did so and still got the jalapeño cheese, which I can’t eat. They also forgot one side.
Another part of my order was a half pound of smoked turkey plate. I got three small slices of turkey. There’s no way that was a half pound.
On the positive side, I added 1/4 rack of ribs that were really delicious. The sausages I could eat were also very good.

Disappointed that the "burnt ends" was nothing more than cubed brisket and the chicken & dumpling soup was more like a chicken pot pie but even thicker. All the food was just slightly warmer than room temperature. Last, you could tell the server wanted to be anywhere but there. I won't be coming back!
