The food was really good ! We got the Foie Gras, Steak Tartare and escargot to start. The Foie Gras was especially delicious. Then we shared the Sea Bass which was perfectly buttery and crisp. Would absolutely dine again.

Logan was great! Food and drinks were very good. Requested a table by the window because we do not like to sit out in the middle of the tables but since the table by the window was occupied, hostess seated us at a small two top right next to two other occupied tables. There were very few diners in the restaurant. It would have been nice to be spread out a little more. Love the music so enjoyed it.

We recently went to the Maestro Bistro in Greenville for the first time to celebrate our Anniversary. It was the perfect spot to enjoy our special occasion! The service was excellent and our meals were amazing! We were very surprised by the complementary dessert served with a candle and Happy Anniversary written in chocolate! Valentino, our server, was friendly and added a special touch making our dinner date extra special. We will be back to dine at the Maestro Bistro again.

My wife and I went for a date. Even though we are long time Greenville residents and consider ourselves foodies, we had never heard of Maestro's. I mean, we've eaten right next door at Nosedive many times. Well, we've found our new favorite restaurant in Greenville. The food, service, drinks, atmosphere combined for a truly wonderful dining experience.

Outstanding food, great menu. We loved the appetizers so much that we ordered 3! Definitely will dine again on our next trip to town!

We didn't realize it was a holiday brunch only, and wanted to try their vegan menu. We'll come back for it. Good fried potatoes and omelets.

My daughter and I enjoyed a lovely lunch at Maestro Bistro today and thoroughly enjoyed it. I would recommend the fried green tomatoes! So good. Our waiter, Gabriel was very attentive and friendly.

The food at Maestro's is nothing short of outstanding. Each dish was beautifully crafted, I didn't know cabbage could taste so good. It's clear the kitchen operates with skill and intention, and the quality of the ingredients truly shines. Unfortunately, the service didn't live up to the same standard. When we initially reviewed the menu and ordered only drinks, our server appeared visibly perturbed that we didn't place a food order right away. That set an awkward tone for the rest of the evening. We were never told the specials, some of our dishes arrived late, and overall, the server seemed rushed and disengaged. Her tableside manner felt misaligned with the elevated experience Maestro's seems to promise. This disconnect between the excellent food and underwhelming service made the evening feel uneven. Maestro's has the potential to be a top-tier, but the front-of-house experience will need refinement to match the caliber of the kitchen.

Our food was delicious. Vegetable empanadas for appetizer were especially tasty. Will return.

I'll start with saying I've been in food and bev my entire life. The service was amazing, the food was delicious, and portions were great. A lot of restaurants charge a lot for smaller portions, but it's good know if you spend money, you get what you pay for in both quality and quantity. The shrimp and lobster pasta, airline chicken, and empanadas were all amazing. The drinks were great too, and the bartender can really make anything you want that's not on the menu. All in all, we had an amazing time, and loved the atmosphere and experience. We did have one complaint, and that is that we were dressed for the occasion and felt our attire fit the establishment, while about 80% of the crowd look like they were dressed for a dive bar, did not fit the vibe. It sounds pretentious but it would be nice if this place had a dress code. Clientele adds to the ambiance just as much as the decor and to be honest, it did somewhat kill the speakeasy vibe that the owners obviously meticulously crafted.

Great ambiance. The SpeekEasy was just super cool. Low light, a secret bookcase covered hidden door... the drinks, just perfect. We both had two cocktails. Normally we would have had a bottle of wine but given that we had these excellent bar tenders we tried their drinks. We both had the Teres Major steak. It was cooked to a perfect medium rare, as requested. Neither of us liked the overly salty sauce covering it, but otherwise it was good. The potatoes accompanying it were excellent. Service was superb. Our waitress was attentive, pleasant, and hard working. We probably will try it again. Especially the SpeakEasy.

Our server, Lidi, was great and informative. The appetizers and soup of the day were very good. The main entrees felt short on taste and presentation.
