4 ⭐ service and 2 ⭐ food. The biscuits were dry and towards the end of their "life". The dining area was dirty. For a chain that specializes in biscuits, not the best in the category by far. The service at the counter was great. Very nice staff.

I came to visit Greenville from out of town and decided to try this place. I ordered online for delivery because I didn’t feel well enough to go out to eat. The meal that I ordered should have had chives and bacon, both were missing. I called the store and the manager offered a total refund because they could not have someone bring me bacon & explained that they were out of chives. I accepted the refund but never received it. I called the store several times and was sent to voicemail. I spent $44 and feel like the food wasn’t even worth it.

Wow! The people are great here! Big smiles, greetings and I am a big fan of the newer dish called Hash. They allowed me to replace the bacon with tomatoes and it is so delicious. I also like a signature dish called The Squawking Goat that was featured on the Food Network many years ago. On a regular old day, their grits are great on their own. I would recommend this place and if you are a local, they have a Coffee Club for $35 for the year. The best value for me because sometimes on a busy morning I fly by and grab a coffee to go. The atmosphere here is lovely, older people, families, cultural diversity and a clear view of the kitchen and being able to watch the biscuits being made is always a nice moment to witness. I have been coming here for about three years now and probably tried everything by now, waffles, fritaffles, biscuits and gravy, vegetarian gravy, smash browns with salsa, Blue Grass grits bowl....just really good food.

The place always has a line out the door. Don't tell everybody otherwise the lines will get longer! Great food, love the bacon and the orange juice does not get fresher.

We were in town for a wedding and saw this place nearby. The line was long but moving fast which indicated just how popular this place is. We tried the waffle and chicken with a biscuit and jam. We loved every bite! Very original recipes for southern traditional dish. We just wish we had this restaurant back home in Galveston Texas so we could become regulars!

We enjoyed it! We tried a basic - Sausage, Egg, and Cheese and a Sticky Maple - both were yummy, depending on your tolerance for sugar in the morning. And…they have freshly squeezed OJ! Would definitely eat here again when in the area.

I should’ve stayed home and cooked. From the biscuits that I do believe I could have gotten better from a can to cleaning my own table. I absolutely would not recommend this restaurant. I really do not understand the fuss Biscuithead is SO much better, you can thank me later.Parking: Hard to find
The food was not cooked to order. We ordered. I ordered over medium eggs, and they gave me fried hard eggs. The bacon was burnt, and the biscuit and gravy was not good. The only thing good about my brunch was the orange juice.
