We walked in off the street for ice cream not knowing they had cookie cakes. I was pleasantly surprised when we saw they had them. Our daughter just passed her registry exam and wanted to get her a surprise. They were so amazing when I asked for a heart that was atomically correct. What I received way surpassed my expectations! It is amazing! So happy with the results.

My kids loved it! Unlimited mix-ins!

My ice cream was great im only giving 3 stars because I had paper in my ice cream im sure its from unwrapping ice cream or something but it completely turned me off from eating my cup of ice cream..

I would LOVE to rate this place 5 stars. The ice cream is incredible. The people are good at their jobs. There’s just one problem: they REFUSE to play Christmas music during the holidays…

Update: I increased my review to two stars for the promptness of Marble Slab's reply. I'm willing to cooperate as I truly love this place, and have submitted a complaint to corporate.

Update 2: Corporate and I talked, they play Christmas music 25% of the time after Thanksgiving, and, starting next week, this number will be bumped up to 75%. Currently only waiting to hear back from them on whether Michael Bublé is included in the playlist. Review updated to 3 stars.

Update 3: Corporate can't confirm Michael Bublé is in the playlist. I'm holding my 5 star review hostage during negotiations.

I was very disappointed to hear they have started charging people for asking to get it put in a bigger cup so it’s not messy, so instead of getting a slightly over filled small I received a heavily underscooped regular sized ice cream that I still had to pay full price for.

Unfortunately this is just overpriced ice cream. Decent selection, average quality, high prices and the waffle cones taste terrible. The only water that they have for their guests comes from a water fountain that you have to walk outside of the establishment or you can buy a bottle of water behind the counter. I would not return here even though the location is convenient downtown. I would get ita 3.5 if I could out of 5.

Got a regular size mango sorbet. The customer in front got a heaping cup, and when I asked for a scoop more because they barely filled mine, I was rejected. I'm not petty by nature, but it really isn't much to ask for when you're paying 7 bucks.
