I used to order pizza from Marcos exclusively, several times a month, and the Augusta Rd location in Greenville SC was always my store. In the last year, things have gone from bad to worse (and the decline started far in advance of all the covid chaos). At least 5 times I’ve been delivered the wrong pizza. My family used to love this place. In fact, I worked at this location for a short time to help out a friend that was managing it. I continued to be a frequent customer after I left. Then management changed. Food has gone downhill and crew has zero customer service training. Side sauces are often forgotten, preparation/presentation of food is inconsistent.
