Very beautiful place and kept clean. But waitress didn’t speak much English, and I understand it’s a Mexican restaurant but it was just hard to converse with her.
Food was a 3/5 ribeye was overcooked.
Pretty expensive for the quality of food.
Food was good, good service. Nothing outstanding though.
Overpriced and the food is not good. My pina colda was not even cold, it was like room temperature, eww. You get small portions. The pricing is ridiculous for the amount of food you get. Definitely not worth the money. The automatic gratuity charge is absurd. Expect to spend well over $300. Go somewhere else. NOT worth the money. I don't know where they get these good reviews from lol
It was just my daughter and I dining. After placing our drink orders they brought out chips and salsa. The chips were stale and the salsa was rotten. Like, tingles your tongue rotten.
My daughter had Mac and cheese, which was fine. I ordered the chori pollo, which was not fine. The chorizo and cheese were ok, but the chicken was as tough as leather. The knife they brought out with the food would not even cut it. I had to tear it, like beef jerky. When the waitress ask how the food was, I showed her that you couldn't cut the chicken and how charred it was. She said sorry and walked away. No one ever came to try and make it right. They just brought the full bill and never said anything.
It was the worst experience at a restaurant I've ever had, and that's saying a lot.
Wonderful waitress and beautiful women was a plus

The food was terrible. The crab legs tasted like plastic. The best part was the pina colada. But the wait staff was rude and didnt know the answer to any questions we asked. They brought out the wrong food the first time.

Its unacceptable that they charge an 18% gratitud just because we spend over $300. We consume food and drinks and it was only 3 of us. I undestand if its more than 6 people. I was planning on giving a good tip, but not when its forced
and overcharged. The waitress wasnt even that attentive.I feel that we were rippedoff. Will call the BBB
The service was absolutely terrible. I drove over an hour having high expectations. Our waiter, (if, memory serves me right, her name is Emily) brought chips and salsa 45 minutes after we had been seated. She never checked up on us. I had to flag a different staff member to get refills. There was an error in the food brought out. After waiting an hour, we flagged her down. We requested our ticket and the food to be canceled. She stated the food was about to come out. We took it to go. The best part was the live music. Honestly, we don't plan on returning. The prices are a bit too high for the quality of food and drinks served.

I took my family on the evening of 10/14 to this restaurant for dinner. I was a server for 15 years and have never witnessed worse service.
The issues I've encountered are as follows:
3 of my kids got the kids meal; my 2 y.o. son didn't get his drink until we asked 3 times for it.
My daughter wanted fruit instead of fries; the server argued with me and I asked for a supervisor. Instead of getting the supervisor, she brought me the side of fruit.
I asked for a whole, grilled Jalapeño. She brought me chopped.
The tortillas she brought for my Fajitas were soggy on the outside, hard in the center.
I asked for no sour cream. I got sour cream.
I had to wait awhile before I could get some water.
The Fajitas were mediocre. I spent $13 when I was working in Tennessee for the same portion and better quality Fajitas which cost $27 at this restaurant.
I'm going to stick to the hole-in-the-wall Mexican restaurants.
Delicious seafood with a nice variety. Service is good. Late evenings often feature live music. Lively atmosphere so you don’t need to worry about kids disturbing others. I don’t know what the spice rub is, but it is crave-worthy.
