Went Saturday evening approx. 6:30 Nov.26 2022, went up to counter to order,and the female employee just could not stop playing with her earring on her love, when she went to fix our drinks she put the same fingers inside our cups,gross we asked her to remake our drinks and she came up with such an attitude we had to ask for manager,who was not very apologetic at all so we asked for a refund and left

Marginal at best. Sorry not Sorry. I ordered a sandwich that was supposed to come with spinach, it came with mixed greens. I HATE MIXED GREENS! Just tell me if you don't have spinach, I'd order it without anything green. The girls/crew were all awesome. Very sweet and cordial. Can't speak to the atmosphere, I got it to go.

Their backed potato (the original spud) was really good except for the 'rock hard skin' which we eat when it's edible; not this one. And ordered a cold sandwich that was ok but had to toss the side we ordered, mac and cheese ...disgusting taste! Just awful and I'm a mac and cheese person but don't order this as your side - you'll be sorry! We may try them again if just for the spud.

I can not believe this place! They were out of fruit cups tonight and instead of calling to ask if we wanted another side item, they just sent our order out without offering something else to replace the fruit cup. When I called in to ask if they were out and why someone didn’t call the girl was very rude and tried to say she called but didn’t leave a message and I don’t have any missed calls and noone else is having a problem getting through. Makes no sense and why wasn’t my friend told when it was picked up?? My daughter has the flu and hasn’t ate anything all day and was looking forward to finally getting something she could hold down but when I expressed that to the girl never did she offer to make it right or even apologize! We won’t be going back here again!

My wife and I started going to McAlister’s Deli back in 2011, we know 1st hand their quality of food, friendliness and speediness of service. Regardless what has transpired since is NO excuse for the decline of quality of menu and attitude towards customers. Excuses for the decline should have absolutely NO bearing on everything I’ve mentioned and personally if there isn’t any improvement soon, just shut them down because there’s more shops opening up around town that can fill the ticket. I really think you need to have a rating system that includes 0.

Good food and service with debatably the best sweet tea in town. Has the perfect balance much like Chickfla tea. Every sandwich I have tried here has been enjoyable. Can be a little pricey depending on what you order.

The sweet chipotle chicken is to die for. It is awesome. I get it as part of the Two For deal as it exhausts my sodium for the day since I am on a salt restricted diet. It partners well with half of a garden salad. Hubby tried the cranberry orange club and loved it. This facility is always clean and the people are lovely. A great place to have lunch

The staff at this location is the absolute best!! Top notch in every way! Very caring, considerate and helpful. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Do not miss an opportunity to dine in at this location; I promise you will not be disappointed! ❤️
The food and service were exceptional as always. I felt so terribly for the employees though. The air conditioner was not working and it was a miserable 85 degrees inside the restaurant. I can't imagine how hot it was in the back of the restaurant. Management needs to do better!

Hadn't been to one in years and it didn't disappoint. Soup and sandwich was fantastic. Sweet tea and strawberry lemonade also superb. Blackberry lemonade tasted funny though. Overall, great job.

I called this location to let them know my order was wrong..the lady who answered the phone was laughing.She was laughing while talking to another employee..She tells me on the phone , while still laughing that the manager said I can either come get a correct order or send door dash back there.So...I do know that orders that are wrong are submitted thru door dash, but I was going to head out anyways and was going to bring it back for a corrected order until they all laughed.In my call I asked what my options were.Yes she explained my option, but was laughing with , who I assume was the manager as she indicated, I just submitted for a refund through door dash instead.My main issue...I was not even upset when I called. I knew I was heading out anyways and wanted to know my options vs. Submitting through doordash.The laughter was such a huge turn off, it was disrespectful and absolutely uncalled for.I only wish I got the names of these individuals to submit a more detailed review.
