This is the worst McAllister‘s deli that I have ever been to. They always get my order wrong, and I feel for as expensive as this place is I should get what I want. I always order a baked potato with chili and cheese dip on top. They try to give me a small cup with chili and cheese dip in it which it’s not near enough to cover the whole thing. If you’re gonna charge $20 for a potato then the customer should get what they want. I’m done giving this place my business, over priced and they don’t do what you ask for.

Amazingly poor service. I was the only customer in the place at 7:45. Tried placing an order for takeout and must have annoyed the young girl “working” there who was eating when I walked in. Kept arguing with me about what I could get with a pick 2. Finally the manager told her my order was fine. The girl got pissed off. Complained that she wasn’t trained correctly and was going to leave.
Stormed away with an attitude. Real nice experience. No apology from the manager. With that kind of service it’s no wonder why the location on Woodruff Rd closed down.

Very busy - only 1 person at counter and 1 in the kitchen. Cashier very friendly.

Food was amazing as usual.
It's a very pleasant experience, the contemporary music is always nice.
Our server Paul was excellent.
I definitely recommend this place.

This is the second time I have ordered a club there the past month and both times the McAllister club no where looks like a stacked club, it was two pieces of bread with meat slapped in side that literally could have been made at home. If I am paying $13 for a club then I honestly expect to get what I’m seeing specifically on the menu. Also, the manager or whoever the new “manager” is really rude! On top of all this, my food wasn’t even in a takeout box.

Order my Birthday Lunch today and it arrived with very old cucumber, lettuce was not fresh. Also the spud did not have the cheese, bacon etc…. That I had opted for so needless to say NOT IMPRESSED with this deli

Without fail!!
This is the fifth time from the Congaree Road location When we place an order for delivery, its always missing food or dressings. We will not spend another dime for incompetence. Its not rock science to include dressing or what the customer pays for.

Order my sandwich which they repeated wrong and said I said the other one. Both ladies up front were complaining they weren’t shown how to input things on the computer after asking for a side salad. I was told they don’t do that side salads which I had to correct them. After correcting what sandwich I wanted it was still given the wrong sandwich.

Congrats, McAlisters, your stinginess just lost you a customer. I ordered a pricey lunch and was very disappointed to see that there was barely any bacon on the sandwich, the pickle spear was just a tiny sliver and the fruit cup was only half full. Prices are too high for this poor quality. Will NOT order from here again.

The food is great and the restaurant is clean. However, it is so freaking cold in there that it was painful. I realize restaurants now keep it really cold to increase turnover and get you out of there. But I’ll skip going to this place next time. Hypothermia is not my thing.
