We went there for lunch today, and couldn't eat there. Literally left and went to the Mexican restaurant next door. Never even made it through the line to order. Only 3 people working - 1 on register, 1 in the kitchen, 1 bringing out food. Even if we would have gotten up to the register to order, we wouldn't have had a place to sit to eat. No clean tables to sit at, although plenty were empty, none were clean.

The mac and cheese was burnt or old and I just find it weird that the server played cool until the lady that was at the other table walked past me trying to be in my business again, at which I smirked because I know that's what she was trying to do WHILE ignoring her and not even looking at her and then the server then delivered my plates smirking. That's weird, you guys know each other? Anyway, Mac n cheese was either old or burnt. I love it when people miscalculate how aggressive I will get just because I walked in there quiet. Those are usually the bullies who back down when I do.

I went to McAlister's as soon as I walk in Mya very welcoming awesome attitude made me feel like she wanted me there and I appreciated that this place is located 535a congaree road Greenville South Carolina the food is awesome but that little extra touch from Mya made my day

Visited today during T-Mobile Tuesday’s buy-a-drink-get-a-free-entrée promotion. The place was packed!! Even with how busy it was, the entire staff worked efficiently, stayed pleasant, and delivered excellent service. Great teamwork and professionalism!
Delivery orders are always wrong. Sparse ingredients on nachos. Very expensive for poor food

This is one of the worst services I have experienced. If you can find another place, go there. We ordered food 30 minutes prior to arrival. Then after waiting inside, they finally handed us our order without drinks ( cold tea). They make us wait another 25 minutes, just to get two ice teas. In those 25 minutes, they went to other costumers, tables, and simply ignoring our request to get us our drinks. By the time we got everything and finally was time to eat, our food was saggy and not very good to eat. Terrible service on Sunday, afternoon, July 20th.
