Just went inside to put in a to go order. It was under staffed. We waited 26 minutes for our order. Got home and were missing chips after paying $50 for 3 adults and 1 kids meal with no drinks. Food was mediocre.

How do you get this wrong? Salad was sent with the wrong dressing. My sandwich was suppose to be no mustard. It had no mayo on it. 5 to 7 chips were sent with the nacho. And no pickle.

This is very disappointing. Specially for the amount I paid for dinner

Ordered the king club and when I got home and opened the box every single piece of toast (6 pieces) was burnt black. All you could taste was burnt toast. Then when I called to see why they would even let something like that leave out there restaurant was told idk I didn’t make it.. smh won’t be going back make sure if you order you check your food before leaving

The customer service here is absolutely horrible. I have been here twice and each time they have attitude and speak to their customers and each other very disrespectfully. They roll their eyes anytime they mess up and don’t apologize

The Pecanberry Salad was absolutely amazing!! The strawberries and blueberries were fresh, the grilled chicken was tender, the candied pecans along with the raspberry dressing made it a satisfying and refreshing option. I highly recommend for a light lunch or dinner option.

We like the club sandwich but have never had a bad meal here. The people are are always friendly and helpful. It's one of our go-to places!

The staff was polite.
The New Yorker sandwich was stuffed with delicious, sliced beef on a marbled rye.
The French dip was tasty but could have used more meat - there wasn’t enough to cover the whole bun.
It has a cold, sterile, chain cafe feel but the food is good.

Try their spud max baked potato it's awesome also I'm not sure what sweet tea they brew but you can literally set the cup down till the ice melts and pick it up drink it it still tastes as good as it originally did.

Where to start? How about raw bacon. How about Patience the supposed manager not doing anything about it. Thank you for forcing me to spend $20 on an inedible sandwich.

Stephanie at McAlister's Deli provided an absolutely wonderful experience! She was incredibly friendly and made me feel so welcome from the moment I walked in. My order was taken quickly and accurately, and the food came out perfectly, just as I'd hoped. I had an issue with 1 order and Stephanie quickly resolved ot with a smile. Stephanie's positive attitude and efficiency really made my visit enjoyable. She's a fantastic asset to the McAlister's team! I will return.

One of the best sandwiches I've ever had! Definitely recommend if you're in the area.

Service was extremely unimpressive. The person working the register was impolite, and extremely unwelcoming. She didn’t put any effort into greeting us and was rudely snickering at us while we ordered. The food was good. Bathrooms were in horrible condition, unclean and out of soap in both restrooms.
