My potatoe arrive lukewarm, not hot. We went Sunday after church and were disappointed by the slow service. The workers who were there were clearly trying their best. McAllister’s have a sign out front that says looking for help and they really. I really want to leave them a great review but I cannot. They took quite a few orders and then they had to stop to work on getting those orders out before taking more orders. After that, we did not wait for a table, but waited a little while for the food. Everything was just slow.

I thought I would try McAllister’s for the first time, and we never go back. I arrived, the energy was non-welcoming and negative. I asked for a coffee and they said they didn’t have it, although it’s on the menu for 2.99, on a cold, rainy day. I said I’ve never been here and was trying to figure out the menu, was received with mumbles, non-explanation, and the poorest of customer service I have experienced in a very long time. I actually never leave reviews on anything, but my experience was so bad. I felt compelled that it was necessary.

Order some soup and made a point that there were no onions on it, so why were there onions all over the top. $7 in the garbage and thats the only thing I ordered. At least what my wife got was ok

The waters STEPHANIE was awesome. Friendly and suggested a dish that was fire!! So sweet. I didn't even want to eat here but she wasn't kidding it was Good

Just went inside to put in a to go order. It was under staffed. We waited 26 minutes for our order. Got home and were missing chips after paying $50 for 3 adults and 1 kids meal with no drinks. Food was mediocre.

How do you get this wrong? Salad was sent with the wrong dressing. My sandwich was suppose to be no mustard. It had no mayo on it. 5 to 7 chips were sent with the nacho. And no pickle.
This is very disappointing. Specially for the amount I paid for dinner

Ordered the king club and when I got home and opened the box every single piece of toast (6 pieces) was burnt black. All you could taste was burnt toast. Then when I called to see why they would even let something like that leave out there restaurant was told idk I didn’t make it.. smh won’t be going back make sure if you order you check your food before leaving
