I just don't get it. Nobody answering the drive through so we pulled up to the the window. Nobody.
We park and walk in - maybe 8-ish employees all on their phone, no hello, no acknowledgement, no anything. We literally could not get food here. We just left.

Would not recommend. The last 2 times i visited my order was placed read back clear as day. Yet when i received the food. It was missing items and the other items seemed to have been cooked yesterday. A day before i ordered it. It has never been a time where i was given my whole oder to standards as a customer should receive. I understand they get busy and they have long drive thru lines. But thats no cause for always having a issue with food service. I was always under the impression that u order ur food pay for ur food and then given what u ordered. Not order pay and get what they want to give u. All wrong. Nobody wants or will continue to pay for the wrong thing. I guess the term Getting What U pay for doesnt exist at this location. Now i kindly just ride past.
Tea wasn’t very sweet, i felt like a dang northerner. Hope they can get that figured out. Besides that, food and service was great!

The food was good and it didn't take long to go through the drive through. Didn't like the sweet tea, but other than that it was great.
Where do I even begin? This is the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. After a failed pick up order, which they also charged me for, I went into the restaurant to remake the order. When the order was done, I asked for a receipt and this caused a young lady to start having an argument with me as to the fact they didn’t have receipts and they couldn’t give me one. I asked her to write something down on a piece of paper, but she kept saying, “we don’t have any receipt paper”. Then she referenced my to go order which she knew I had not gone through, I explained to her I redid the order inside the store, but for some reason, it didn’t register with her. Her attitude Became more and more contentious and I wasn’t willing to have an argument with this woman. Eventually, we got the food back ($64x2) and while the food was OK, a few things were missing. I’m not sure how I’m going to get back the amount that was charged to my mobile order, or indeed reimbursement for the lack of receipt. This was a very disappointing experience of McDonald’s and I paid $128 for the pleasure.

This McDonald's is the worst in town cold fries for me and my family and the sandwich had half slice of cheese hanging off the bun which I didn't ask for the cost for it is crazy I could've went somewhere else to get a better meal y'all need to be fired !
The staff here has a serious problem with reading tickets. They forget drinks constantly, sides and even entire orders! It wasn’t our dashers fault either because she was only handed one bag when there should have been two. McDonald’s is not a difficult place to work simply read the ticket, make the order and make sure everything the customer ordered is there. How hard is that? Absolutely pathetic.

THE jankiest McDonald’s in all of Greenville - might actually be the worst location I’ve been to in my lifetime, a claim I do not throw out lightly. Sat in the drive thru for ten minutes waiting to pick up a mobile order before someone finally spoke on the headset, and then proceeded to say nothing else. I finally drove up to the first window to find it abandoned, then on to the second window, where I was met with a girl who had no clue about anything that was going on, and could tell me nothing about the food I already paid for. Eventually I was handed two sodas so flat I mistook them for tea, and three happy meals haphazardly thrown together into boxes they couldn’t even take the time to properly close. A complete waste of money, energy, and time; I advise anyone reading this to save all three, and go elsewhere.

This restaurant really needs to shut down because I my grandson some breakfast and it made him very 🤢 sick. And it's not a clean place to eat won't be going back no time soon.

24 hrs? Lol. Riiiiiiiight. I have come here some 4 times over the past few years, as I tried this morning....AND THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN OPEN.
Google says 24hrs....the sign out fromt says open....but the drive through tells you closed.
That was my last attempt.
I recomend the Waffle House just right down the road for after hrs.

It says it is 24/7 but it really is not. I ordered on the app and went to the drive thru and hey said they were closed.
I like their Bacon, Egg and Cheese Bagels.
