Order food and did not get half of my order and what I did get was wrong. One of the worst McDonald's I have ever been too.

They messed up my entire order, I ordered 2 10 count nuggets, a large fry and medium fry, a large coke no ice and a medium coke, and 2 mcflurries, and got one of the fries the medium drink was a sr pepper instead of a coke, the fries were cold and we got none of the meal compentes

Placed an order and they got the entire thing wrong. Missing an entire meal, missing two mcflurrys, cold fries and a burger that was supposed to be plain but isn't. I've never had this big of a problem with McDonald's but damn.

Don’t bother coming here after 8pm. The employees don’t bother asking if you’re waiting on an order in the pick up area and will let you wait until your food is cold before they even notice you. I always place my order ahead of time in the app and still end up waiting 10+ minutes for my food even if it’s dead. Don’t even get me started on the amount of dhec violations I’ve witnessed the employees do. Things like grabbing things off the floor and immediately handling food without washing hands or changing gloves. Or coming back from smoke breaks and not washing hands. Coughing on people’s food right before serving it to them. Go to another store that actually cares

I went to a different McDonald's branch yesterday and they gave me cold coffee, so I went to this branch today and told them what happened and that I wanted hot coffee. However, they gave me cold coffee again, and it doesn't taste good. This was 10 minutes ago.

As a customer, I have a right to feel safe when walking into business. I do not feel safe here. This location is straight up dangerous, particularly for women. I'm appalled that the company has not handled this.

first off all service was terrible order a 2 wrap meal 2 cheese burgers a happy meal and 2 chocolate chip ahoy drinks they didnt have stuff tk my the drinks then just offered us stuff that was 4 dollars less that what we paid for for each drink so like each drink was 7 dollars and they just replaced them with 2 dollar fudge Sunday and 3 dollars milkshake so didn't get money's worth then they kept forget stuff didnt give us a spoon for nice cream did give me the drink for the meal forgot to put a toy in happy meal forgot one of the wraps for the 2 wrap meal and on top of everything ice cream tasted awful sprite was flavorless and the nuggets from.happy meal were old very dissatisfied with this mcdonald's

I just don't get it. Nobody answering the drive through so we pulled up to the the window. Nobody.

We park and walk in - maybe 8-ish employees all on their phone, no hello, no acknowledgement, no anything. We literally could not get food here. We just left.

Would not recommend. The last 2 times i visited my order was placed read back clear as day. Yet when i received the food. It was missing items and the other items seemed to have been cooked yesterday. A day before i ordered it. It has never been a time where i was given my whole oder to standards as a customer should receive. I understand they get busy and they have long drive thru lines. But thats no cause for always having a issue with food service. I was always under the impression that u order ur food pay for ur food and then given what u ordered. Not order pay and get what they want to give u. All wrong. Nobody wants or will continue to pay for the wrong thing. I guess the term Getting What U pay for doesnt exist at this location. Now i kindly just ride past.

Tea wasn’t very sweet, i felt like a dang northerner. Hope they can get that figured out. Besides that, food and service was great!
