CORPORATE THIS IS FOR YOU HELLO. The last 2 times at this McDonalds I waited 40+ minutes to get my food….mobile ordered both times. Today’s order took the cake though. Gave my mobile code which the manager said they did not show it, I had my mobile receipt but waited 15 minutes for her to finally bring me to window. Get to window & young man sent me to designated parking to wait for food. Waited another 15 minutes & then called McDonalds to inform still did not have my food. Lady said they do not do do walk out delivery on rainy days & as soon as I said the young man at the window told me to park there & wait she HUNG UP ON ME. I went inside & informed staff still did not have my food which no one seemed to care….seemed to be plenty of people working—just not on my order. Took another 20 minutes to get my food during which asking about it got me responses like I’m the one in the wrong. I am a regular here no more. I would leave negative stars if I could. IF YOU HAVE 45 MINUTES TO WASTE BE MY GUEST—I DONT.

McDonald’s is slipping all over but this one is getting close to the bottom. Staff teamwork was lousy, orders were not correct. Dining area is completely Spartan with nothing in it including the fountain drinks were not working. Staff tried to smile once or twice but overall not helpful and overwhelmed. Wait time for eat in and app orders was remarkably excessive. I will not eat there again and would strongly recommend against using this establishment.

A Masterclass in Glacial Inefficiency
Let me set the scene: You pull into McDonald’s because you foolishly believed in “fast food.” You thought, “Hey, it’s just a McChicken and fries, how bad could it be?” Buckle up, because you just entered the Bermuda Triangle of burgers — this location moves with the urgency of a sloth on Ambien.
Every time I’ve visited, I’ve had enough time in the drive-thru to read a novel, knit a scarf, reevaluate my life choices, and grow a beard. And I can’t grow a beard.
There’s a special kind of performance art here — one register open, three employees dramatically pretending to look busy, one guy staring at the ice machine like it insulted his mother, and an angry manager in the back mumbling into a headset like they’re coordinating a lunar landing.
I once saw a man order a small fry and by the time he got it, his toddler was old enough to drive. Time does not pass normally here. It bends, warps, and collapses in on itself. Einstein would’ve used this place to disprove relativity.
Food quality? Honestly not bad — if you live long enough to receive it. I got my Quarter Pounder eventually, but I’m not sure if I was still the same person who ordered it.
TL;DR: If you’re looking for food fast, keep driving. But if you’re in the mood for a spiritual journey, a patience test, or want to see what purgatory might feel like — this McDonald’s delivers. Eventually.

I’m not visiting this location again. They screwed up my ENTIRE order. They put no ice in my drink, forgot my husbands chicken nuggets, did not include any barbecue sauce and my burger was RAW. I’m talking I took a bite and discovered it was bloody inside. We didn’t eat till we got home because we had been out and about… I would avoid this location at all costs. I don’t typically leave negative reviews but when a burger is undercooked like that, I draw a line.

No straws easily available, no easy access to napkins, poor ambiance ( looks like tables in an open backyard) . Empty at 3:47 pm on a Saturday. Burgers with poor overall flavor, new chicken fingers' taste was lame.
See in second picture only soda servers, no napkins, no straws, no plastic cutterly, etc.

Apparently, this location has decided that verifying DoorDash orders with the actual Dasher is optional. My Dasher even called to check if I had received my order, spoiler alert: I hadn’t. When he politely asked the employee to have my (very complex) order of a single Diet Coke remade, I could hear her in the background being unnecessarily rude and practically yelling at him.
She flat-out refused to remake it. When I called to speak with a manager (expecting at least a shred of accountability), she doubled down and told me to take it up with DoorDash, as if giving away the wrong order isn’t their responsibility to begin with.
Here’s a thought: maybe try confirming the order number before handing drinks off to whoever walks in. Just a suggestion from someone who’d like to receive the thing they actually paid for.

I totally understand and get they stop serving dinner and now serving breakfast and I was being respectful but the male doing the drive through tone was kind of harsh. I am the type of person that don't say or complain or anything and like I said, I was respectful and I even asked about the refund cause some other mcdonald's did it different than you and his just seem harsh with me where I called out on it and I asked why are you being rude and ask him to watch his tone. I work in customer service for 7 years so I 100% get that might be long hours and probably tired and all but he really needs to watch how he talks to customers. It was off putting to me. I wasn't rude or nothing. I said okay and just asked about the refund and he just seems kind of harsh. Said the right words but not in the nice way. That is all I am saying.
Slower than xmas... and they dared to charge me for extra pickles and there was none... will never return

Horrible horrible service. They ignored me for the first 20 mins I was here and then argued with me when I said I never got the order I needed.

Ok I understand restaurants get busy but 30 minutes to get some dine in McDonald’s is too much. I was willing to let that go. Staff a little defensive with other guests, no apologies, no sorrys. It was almost like we were in the wrong for waiting for my food. I was willing to let that go as I’m a restaurant manager and I understand things can happen. To top it all off I take my son to the restroom and the hand sink is not putting out water. No way to wash hands. So we have a potential food safety issue if employees aren’t washing hands after restroom. I would call this situation a 911 but I’m not sure if McDonald’s feels the same way.

This location has really gone down hill. I usually stop here several times a week in the am because it’s the only place near my work but I won’t be coming here any more. They are always understaffed and the 1 person working in the morning is usually overwhelmed and you have to sit at the drive through for a long time. The last few times the worker has been rude and had an attitude. McDonald’s should look into this franchisee.

I don’t normally leave negative reviews, however I have never experienced an employee bad mouthing me in front of me like this.
I was given ice cold fries, normally I wouldn’t care and I would just move on and not eat them. However I was looking forward to these fries all day after work. So, I went in and very kindly asked for new fries. One of the employees in the front, specifically the guy who handed me the fries at the drive thru. At around 5:09PM on July 15th I was handed the fries. Told his coworker, who actually got me the new fries after coming in, “man, I wouldn’t have given her new fries.” And laughed at me. I had been nothing but friendly and polite to them despite being ignored for several minutes at the counter.
I have worked in food service for several years. I get having a rough day but I can’t even imagine having the negativity to talk about someone in front of them. The way the guy said it seemed like was normal behavior there.
The guy who handed me the new fries was lovely and didn’t even acknowledge the negative comment from the other guy. He handled it right. I’m only complaining about the man who gave me the cold ones and was extremely rude.
