I had to wait an hour for just medium fries and they didn't seem to worry about the costumers at all. not only was it me but multiple other people also had complaints on the order being wrong and the horrible service. the manager was rude to us and did not want to make our fries, please get rid of him. don't recommend anyone going to this McDonald's, even if you're starving, find something else, go to chick fil a.

If I could give zero stars I would. The service at this store is pitiful. I ordered 2 oatmeal with the apples/raisins on the side. I get the order to work and there were 4 spoons and NO Sides. I called the store, spoke to Sam and told him what was missing andy husband would be back to get it. My husband gets to the store and the manager in charge on 3/22/25 says the truck didn't come, they didn't know they were out, blaa, blaa, blaa... All the stuff that doesn't matter to us. She said she asked if she could give us sliced apples and they said no bc it's and upcharge. So over free sides that's supposed to be with my order of $5 there was no resolution to make it right! They wouldn't give a refund bc he didn't have the oatmeal with him. She didn't offer a coupon or anything. Just the number to corporate with no name to refer to. DON'T EAT HERE! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER OR THE MONEY YOU SPEND THERE. GREED IS LURKING AND THEY WILL REAP WHAT THEY HAVE SOWN. I'm sure we're not the only ones who have experienced this type of treatment. It may seem small but it's the principle. I'm not happy eating oatmeal the way I know I ordered and PAID FOR!

CORPORATE NEEDS TO READ THIS ONE! I don't even know where to begin...I went here tonight with my 2 sons and fiance. We were just passing through from Georgia. We went in to make it easier. Manager immediately directed us to the kiosk to do it ourselves. So we put our order in for 3 simple meals with no specifications. We waited for 40 minutes for our food! The floor was SO STICKY it was difficult to walk. None of the bathroom stalls locked! That is a concern for small children! When we got there we were the only one's in the waiting area. During our time waiting it filled up with people with the wrong orders and people waiting for there orders. Many people walked out. One woman went through drive thru and got the wrong order. Brought it back in...THE MANAGER TOOK HER BAG FROM HER AND HANDED IT STRAIGHT OUT THE WINDOW AND HAVE IT TO ANOTHER CAR!!!!!!! The Manager wreaked of cigarette smoke. In the end out order was all wrong but I took it anyway because my kids had to eat and we had somewhere to be. No ketchup on my quarter pounder. No salt on any of our fries. No cheese on either of the burgers on our order.

Absolutely the WORST McDonald I’ve ever been to!! Staff was completely rude and very poor with customers. We also had to wait 30 min before we even got our order!! Told manager our concerns and how rude staff was and she had no care at all!! Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone terrible staff n management!! There were so many people inside needing help and to pay and no one wanted to assist or help them get there orders !!!

Went to this McDonald’s to grab a kids meal. We waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes with no response from the speaker, no one asked us to hold, or anything. We waited because there had just been cars ahead of us. We decided to try the inside, we ordered and paid at the kiosk things. We saw someone preparing a kid’s meal so we waited for about 10 minutes without any interaction with any of the employees. No one called our number. Their was someone running a shop vac and when she was done she was slinging the grease everywhere out of the end of it. None of the employees paid any regard to the customers. We left without the food we paid for. Because not only was the service terrible but the shop vac and grease situation was disgusting. If I could give zero stars I would.

Food was okay but just the atmosphere was bad only two workers and I even order ahead so it would be fast barley made it to my time...homeless everywhere which is why there indoor machine didn't work bathrooms were awesome just a bad restaurant needs security and more cozy feel the dining area is just too large balance the space better. Not going back

I just had the worst experience at a fast food restaurant ever! We waited 40 minutes for our meals and then the meal came wrong. There were 6 other people waiting the same amount of time and 3 got refunds, which the manager tried to refuse giving us. They had no one working the front and only were serving drive through orders because the girl in front was so untrained she gave everyone else’s meal out who ordered inside to people in the drive thru. We waited 15 minutes just for a manager to come out of the kitchen, she was literally hiding from the 7 customers all waiting for over 30 minutes to be served. And can you imagine trying to refuse a refund?
