This location is awful. They’re constantly running out of items but still letting people put in mobile orders for those items. They make you wait between each order they take through the drive thru before taking the next so you’re literally sitting in line no less than 10-15 minutes (so much for fast food) and most the time the people are nice but there’s one lady who is always rude when taking orders. I go to this McDonald’s because it’s in the same shopping center as my job. The morning is usually better, but honestly, there’s no good time to come to this McDonald’s.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. They are consistently out of many different food items and the food they do have is cooked incorrectly and tastes bad. Some of the staff is friendly and apologetic but others are rude and dismissive. They also get my order wrong every single time.

Probably one of the worst fast food experiences. I went with a friend and placed a mobile order for mine and he was going to place his order. It’s almost 11 pm and we sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes WITHOUT even being greeted. Placing our order was awful, the person taking the order was rude. My friends order was all wrong, he ordered an apple pie it was never put on the receipt and two employees argued with him about it. NOT professional. He ordered a sweet tea because she said sprite was out and then ignored that and he asked for sweet tea. That was also wrong. She said at the window “we don’t have sprite do you want coke?” Fed up he just said fine. But a Diet Coke was given. Do NOT come to this McDonald’s unless you want to have a brain aneurysm.

All of the staff here work incredibly slowly literally sloth level slow. Even if you order ahead on mobile, it’s common to wait over 30 minutes. If you don’t double check your order, something is almost always missing. The service is unfriendly, the place feels dirty, and overall it’s just disappointing. If you’re in the mood for super slow junk food, this is the place for you.

Placed an order on line went inside to pick up. The lady's said no orders came in. My order is pending from my bank. She said it isn't her problem bc NV it's a 3rd party app. She still didn't want to take my order or anyone else's. Even tho we were willing to pay again. So rude to paying customers. You need to address the attitudes with the workers. So un professional

What an absolute atrocious experience this was. I've been coming to this location since '07 at least, and my God this place is unrecognizable now. At least back then there was somewhat friendly service and people didn't act like they'd rather die than be at work.
The fries were fresh out of the heat lamp, I had to practically beg for my cups to drink out of, and not to mention the drink machine was unhooked. I will never go back to this location. Last time they ever get my money. What a horrendous experience. I wouldnt even recommend this location to my ex.
There's more one star reviews of this location than there are employees. I also see the the owners only response to these reviews is to give a link. I'm not the one to call corporate, but I actually might this time.
This is an epidemic all across the country. Entitled, rude employees with the work ethic of a vending machine, get snappy when you want your order correct after THEY messed it up in the first place, poor management, nasty attitudes, and I can honestly say that the emergency room at the hospital has more charm than the lobby.

Waited in drive thru for 30 mins with cars in front of me the lobby was empty and the same two cars waited to pick up their food for 30 plus minutes at the pickup window this McDonalds is slow and the employees are disrespectful. We ended up getting out of line and the employees looked like they were not putting any effort to get the line down
