Looks really bad on the company when what looks like the general manager and an employee are standing right by the front doer smoking a cigarette and laughing when customer have to back up in the drive thru to make the sensor go off cause their employees inside are not taking care of, or just ignoring the drive thru when customers pull up

Horrible service- hopefully in the near future McDonald’s will consider using robots to serve food much more efficiently.The staff at this location have no idea what’s going on here. It’s a total disaster.Lady manager is horrible. She needs a new job not in the public sector.Private sector for her large mouth.

My kids and I waited over 40 minutes after ordering at a kiosk to get our food. There was a crowd of people gathering at the counter as we approached the 30 minute wait mark. Everyone was surprisingly calm, not like New York! Meanwhile, the drive thru was waited on in perfect order. The place clearly didn't understand the people inside need food just as quickly as the people in drive thru.Also, the man working the front area got fresh with the manager when asked to refill the straws (which were long empty). "I don't tell you how to do your job, you don't tell you how to do mine," he yelled and went about sweeping the floor. It was very uncomfortable for everyone. He eventually filled the straws but left customers to get them from the front for the next 20 minutes or so. By far the WORST McDonald's experience I have ever had, EVER!!!

They were very very rude and mean to me and all I did was tell them their kiosk was down and the man was like “go to another one” with an attitude very very rude and I was like “can I just get my order taken from the front” he walks away and starts laughing like I’m not right there…hands we’re not clean and very unsanitary smelt very very bad when walking in! Floor felt slimy when walking on floor. Male employee kept taunting me after he walked away from the front counter! Over all would not recommend this Macdonalds

ZERO RATINGS......THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN!!!! Very unprofessional. DO NOT LET YOUR CHILDREN WORK HERE!!! (McDonald's @ 1111 woodruff rd near Target)WORST McDonald's in Greenville. Managers leave stores to walk to Target or stand outside while both drive thu lines are backed up,as well as the lobby leaving the school kids to run the store. Managers that go to work smelling likeAlcohol and employees that are allowed to work high, I even witness a employee rolling a blunt in the parking lot at the front door right in front of me and the women waiting on the bus to arrive. She didn't even care that we were there either. Allows homeless drug addicts to sit in the store after the lobby closes. There are no safety considerations for the school kids that work there after school. This McDonalds continues to employ a 21+ individual even after it was proven that the employee made sexual inappropriate comments to a minor. Definitely see their standards are despicable. Children labor laws you can throw out the window. They will schedule your kids with no consideration of their school schedule or the law. Stay away from this location. Worst service, worst management team.

I bought a St Patrick Day shake. And my daughter got the chocolate shake. Service was great They were very busy. Went through drive through. Even thought both lines were backed up and the place was full inside, everyone I seen had a smile on their face. And very friendly. Thank you.
