I asked for fries. Got none and was told I didn’t ask specifically for fries even when I ordered the combo I paid for that came with fries. When is this McDonald’s going to hire people that actually care about their customers. Honestly I think racism came into the equation.

Their egg, bacon Ana cheese Mcgridles are so good! The coffee is very similar to my coffee at home and they always make me a fresh brew, I love it!!! I only go there once in a while and the service is great!!!

One of the best McDonald's I've been to. The fries are usually hot and burgers are consistent at lunch time. Been here so many times more than 20. I wish more McDonald's operated like this

Mean girl at drive through, took them 3 times to get ONE drink correct. She was rude and dismissive and short. Honestly the worst. AND my coffee still just taste like milk, I wonder what she put in there 🤨 weird. Fire her.
We had a wonderful time at this McDonald's. The good was very fresh tasting and as you would expect. The staff even worked hard to find the toy my daughter wanted for her happy meal!

The last 3 times I have went to McDonald's something was wrong with my order. The last time I ordered chicken nuggets and got a burger patty. Another time after pulling up from the window and waiting 11 minutes for 4 meals the only thing that was hot was the apple pie and I was missing a burger. The other time my chicken sandwich was a mayonnaise sandwich with chicken. I only gave them a few chances for my kids. But I am officially done with McDonald's.

This McDonald's is only one I go to in the morning. The staff is absolutely fantastic and the breakfast is always fresh and hot! There are multiple McDonald's near my house but I only go to the one on Pelham Rd to get my breakfast now.
