Came in on a Friday at 11:40. Got the chicken sandwich Deluxe. With medium fries and a drink. Had to wait 12 minutes for my food. Was no other people in line before me or walking up. I placed my own order. Chicken was cold , fries were warm. Come on McDonald's you can do better than that. Even had the manager sitting over there watching everybody. My drink had three pieces of ice in it was almost completely melted

On one hand, the store has a few very nice team members who regularly check the lobby and engage with customers. On the other hand, I am surprised they’re able to maintain such an attitude when you have this big beluga whale of a manager yelling and berating them in the back. To the point where customers can hear it all the way out into the lobby and I thought I need to say something. She’s currently on duty and she is consistently overstepping and yelling and carrying a poor attitude which has to decrease morale for team members. Please get her replaced.

This location is really good. The employees are friendly, however, I have a major issue with this location. Everytime I order from the app, it always takes at least 20-30 mins to get my food. Every single time. I watch the cars in the drive thru get their orders before they bring me mine. The whole purpose of ordering through the app is to save time, but, in this case, it's a very long time before the food is delivered. I am not sure why they put movie orders on the back burner, but they would rather clear out the drive thru before they clear out the mobile orders.
Lately they've been telling customers who come inside the restaurant to order from the kiosks. This makes it so less friendly, and more like they just care about our money than with us as customers. They've really gone downhill.

Pretty good, we ordered 80 chicken nuggets and a double quarter pounder with cheese and they came out fresh and delicious!! Good service for going at 1 am 😂😂

A very odd experience today at the drive thru:
I paid for my meal and pull up to the pick up window. My food was there ready and I was asked if I paid. I said yes I have a receipt. The window shuts and they just stare at me through it. She opens the window again and asks if I paid and at this point I’m already handing her the receipt which she wouldn’t look at. She said “it’s fine” and gives me my food. Prior to this at the pay window, a manager walked up and stared me down. I finally smiled at her and she “smiled” back in a very asshole type of way. It was so odd. I have no idea what stemmed this. I make it a point to be kind at the speaker and windows no matter how long the wait is.

This place really needs help. It appears they are understaffed and also need more training. It shouldn't take more than a minute or two to be greeted and place an order. The kiosks don't always work either, and if you're using a coupon code for discounted food, it always seems to not work. I still go there every Sunday after Mass, but it is quite frustrating. Good thing it's after church, so we can practice patience, forgiveness, and understanding all at once. Continue to share love and kindness with your fellow brother or sister regardless of the situation or any obstacles that present themselves. 😊 🙏

The staff are absolutely terrible! Got our order completely wrong! Then wanted us to pay again for our order. Pure accusations from the entire repulsive staff!!! Never again don’t go to this location!!!

Staff were extremely rude. Ordered in the drive through and it was very hard to hear; sounded like the lady was crinkling paper right over the microphone while talking. When I asked her to repeat herself she literally screamed at me in response then then yelled, “Are you done?!” We visit Greenville frequently and always stay close by on Woodruff Road but will avoid this McDonalds from now on.
