This is the second order I have picked up that they didn't give me the chicken nuggets that come with the meal. Usually it is just getting the burger order wrong but lately they haven't been giving me what I ordered. And I like this McDonald's. Last couple of trips though have been disappointing.

This McDonald's is ok, they haven't done me wrong yet. Food's usually up to the standard and I can't remember any time they got my order wrong - but then again my orders are simple and I've only used the drive-through.

Worst Quarter Pounder I've ever gotten. 2:04 Monday, 1/6/2025 Dry, no toppings. Not worth a dollar. Unfortunately it was carry out, and I didn't see that it was complete garbage until I was sitting down in my office to eat it. Won't make that mistake again.

Absolutely disgusting!!!! There is always an issue at this McDonalds. They can never get an order right no many how long it takes to be prepared or how many times it’s repeated back to you. This location is complete trash!! And if they have you pull up they completely forget about you and you will wait 30 mins minimum for them to bring out your food if you don’t have to call several times to remind them. I went here Monday night and this unfortunately was supposed to be my dinner. I was so disgusted and threw the entire thing out. This McDonald’s seriously needs to do better.

I placed my order for a Double QPC without pickles, without mustard, with bacon and additional lettuce and initially they gave it to me without bacon, I returned it and they made it for me again and this time they gave it to me without lettuce and with pickles and mustard😞😠The truth is that they are very slow and they do not process the order as it should be, what a disappointment😠🥺
Just went through drive through for breakfast they got the order completely wrong ordered 3 sausage egg and cheese McMuffins got a sausage ham and cheese McMuffin, a bagel type sandwich, and a hash brown

Parking: Very bad entrance off of Woodruff Rd. He's steep incline that heads right into the drive thru traffic if you don't turn fast enough.

We did curbside pick up. We asked if the sauces were in the bag. Response was,”I didn’t bag it so I don’t know.” Ok, that is ok, but then we realized we were missing part of the order and were halfway home before we realized. So much for fast food at that point. Food hit the spot though for my very rare McDonald’s craving..
Ordered from the app and went thru the drive thru. The young man that handed us our food and drinks, Dadrian, was so nice! Smiling, happy, had us check our order to make sure everything was there and was all around super sweet! ALL McDonald's stores need a Dadrian!!!!
