This might honestly be the worst McDonald’s ever. I’ve ordered five times and they have messed up all five a flawless 0.000 batting average. At this point I’m starting to think it’s a talent. Maybe try shocking me and getting one order right?

Went at 9:00 on a Friday, went inside and ordered to go through the kiosk. Got my drinks first, one was a sweet tea that the guy didn’t fill all the way. I asked a girl worker if she could put more and she understood and put more. I appreciate things like that, the food was perfect. I’m glad to say Mcdonald’s did me perfect

I had to scream into the microphone to get service at all!!!! Ordered two double quarter pounder sandwiches and received two singles AFTER having to pull over to wait when there was ONE car in front of me!! Three customers pulled out before I received my order. No fries, no drinks!!!!!!!! Just two sandwiches! Worst McDonald’s in Greenville!

Very good service in the afternoon shift, it makes them lazy to attend and they prefer to ignore! You ask for service at the table and they do not bring anything to the table, very slow.
Definitely NO stars (only gave the one because a review requires at least one to submit) ! Service here continues to decline ! Staff has ZERO respect ! Especially this employee who I think is actually a manager (says her name is Maria, not convinced) not the first time encountering a horrible experience with her either. If I ordered something on my ticket I should get what I ask for without backlash especially since I paid for it. This particular day I’m treated as if I’m asking for too much when my items were clearly rung up in drive thru where I saw them. But I’m assuming she bumped the ticket and did not pay attention ! That’s not great customer service or a great experience ! On top of getting a hard biscuit !
