Orders completely wrong and the drink machine has been taken out so there are no re-fills. The workers were nice but the franchise owner is stingy and needs more staff at the location, especially during meal time rushes.
Ordered my food and made a special request.My quarter pounder was juicy and made to order, but the bread was dry.I ordered well done crispy fries, and received fries that were limp and oily.I asked for sweet tea with no ice and received lots of ice.Customer service was pleasant and the individual was patient with me while I ordered. He explained everything he was doing to ring the order up as it was a special order.

Please fix your drive thru. I waited at the far end while 2 vehicles were served before me. Yelling at the speaker doesn't seem to get anyone's attention so if there's a drive through line, I go inside.Beware using Door dash. This location employees do not read the app order thoroughly. I ordered sausage McMuffin with the folded egg, not the round egg. Also directed for the delivery to happen at the side door. They didn't deliver at the side door and my McMuffins had the wrong egg on both! There should be a recall feature on the app.It's either lack of training or just laziness.
