This McDonald's lobby was closed at 3:00 pm in the afternoon. Why I don't know but it makes no sense for the lobb to be closed on a Sunday afternoon. The customer service at the drive through wasn't very friendly, need better training at this location.

Why is this and other McDonalds restaurants in Greenville so bad? Exceptionally slow service and cold burgers. Only 2 or 3 staff working mid-day on Saturday at this one! No self-service drinks, napkins, or ketchup. This will be my last visit to the franchise in this town.

Laziest people ever. The absolute only reason I come here is because it is 24 hours, so I come late 12am-2am. I order through the app because the drive-thru workers are despicable and rude. 9/10 times I come, their “system is down” … except one other time their pipes bursted or something. The 1/10 times I do actually get food, it’s always wrong or my large fry is really a small fry, or there’s 15 nuggets instead of 20… Whoever owns this location needs to be reprimanded alongside all of the employees.

I went to the McDonald's at 11:10. They wouldn't answer take our order. We then realized that the other machine to take our order was broken and we had to go to the other one. If it's broken you should have sign. We left at 11:30. There is no point of having to wait 20 minutes just to get milk and that's all

I like the convenience of using the McDonald's App. This makes grabbing a couple of kids' meals every now & then great for my girls. The complaints I had were from the drive-thru staff. The first associate didn't speak a word, and the 2nd got impatient bc I couldn't grab one of the drinks immediately. She was very rude afterward.

Ordered on the app. Picked up the food. It was hot and fresh. Guy handed us one coffee, then the food, then I waited. He asked what else we needed. I told him we had 2 coffee on the order and the second i said it he shook his head and just said “no you didn’t.” I had already tossed the receipt in my car trash bag, so I showed him the email that showed 2 coffee on the order. The fact that I had to look up the order myself and there was no way for him to see the order he had just completed on their system seemed weird, but he made the second coffee and said “oh I would have made you another one anyways, just on my screen it only showed one.” The fact that I had to find proof of it on my end after he basically didn’t even try to look the order up and promptly told me I was lying is just ridiculous. Then trying to back peddle and say he would have made it anyways after I showed proof I got two coffees despite him just calling me a liar was even worse.

Walked to use the bathroom and get some food. I go to the bathroom and see about seven people in there smoking. Order my food takes 30 minutes to get to me. Food was cold and fries are cold . Very unpleasant experience. won’t be coming back

Update: Well over the past six months this restaurant is plague with problems. My biggest reason for updating is bc I hurt ny back and wanted to use table service. It ckearly states they will bring it out. Over the past few years I've attempted to have my food brought out but they insist on calling out the table number at the register every time, every person. I dont recommend this location.

Excellent service. McDonald's is definitely been on top of the game lately.

Server cursed in front of customers about us coming to the counter when the drive through was block by a truck that they had told to park there causing a huge backup of cars then had to stand there 30mins for one cheeseburger and fries.
