The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The guy at the food pick up window has some serious issues and horrible attitude for no reason. I ended up just driving off without my food after I’d payed for it because I wouldn’t trust anything he has dealt with.

This place is terrible. Do not come here. My order took over 30 min. When I expressed my frustration about my order the manager was unsympathetic. He clearly knows he’s running a terrible operation.

This place is slow and they will get your order wrong. I tried calling and they know better to answer the phone. I guess as long as the owners are getting richer it doesn't matter how the place operates.

Food was good. I ordered off kiosk and got 2 free sweet and sours .. no chicken nuggets.. he have them to my daughter who placed a totally separate order at the register. U asked for my sauces and he said gave them her, she said she was your daughter. She asked for sauces for herself. He told me I would have to pay 54 cents for 2.... mind you I got them for 0 dollars at the kiosk. Its nit about the 54 cents but it is about the politeness of him and just straight up making me pay for something that was definitely free on kiosk because he was in a bad mood. He was super short about it and even gave me an fluffy attitude while ringing them up, because he was annoyed. Rufus shouldn't work in public if he doesnt like people.

Just ordered two coffees Sunday October 19th at 1:30 pm. Lady at first window was extremely rude and we accidentally gave her an extra dollar and told her that and she said very rude and aggressive that we gave her 5. We just dropped it even though we know for a fact we gave her 6 because we thought the total was $5 something. She needs to get reported for her awful attitude and don’t need to be working in customer service if she cannot treat customers with respect. She CHOSE this job and needs to grow up and do it or get a different job.
