Again? This McDonald's has, I messed up my order more time? Then I would like to admit, I don't even eat McDonald's, no more because of these people. The employees, if you work in an American restaurant, you should speak English. I shouldn't.I have to make you guess of what I want.And then you mess it up anyway

I still like to walk into a fast food restaurant, not use the kiosk to order my food and talk to a person. A quarter pounder is what I wanted with no cheese and no pickle and no combination order. It was delivered to me in actually a pretty quick time, to go. I figured that I should ask if there was any ketchup in the bag. Nope, but a supply was quickly offered to me to choose from. I was out the door and home in 5 minutes. The quarter pounder was just under $6 and it tasted great!

The food is good at this location. You will get your order quickly. I knocked the atmosphere down bc twice i entered and sat down to use the app to order ......both times before i could get done someone was in my face asking if i need help.....and in a way that made me not feel welcomed there. We are NOT all homeless....some of us are just car-less. Other than that, its a good location.

When I say McDonalds has completely went downhill with service it’s ridiculous. Missing two things from my order. Go back up there the manager literally said it’s nothing she can do since I was not given a receipt. Paid $16 for a double cheeseburger, a ten piece nugget and a ranch snack wrap. Worst establishment of the franchise.

This location is awful. You're playing Russian roulette if your food is rung in correctly (even if you've repeated it 5 times). Off chance it is rung up correctly, that doesn't mean that's what you're getting. The establishment is often out of ice?! (Not ice cream plain ice) If they have ice or not the drinks taste flat. And one of managers in training needs to learn customer service skills before being promoted to handle dissatisfied customers. Closing the drive thru window while a customer is speaking, not once but twice (not yelling or swearing, aggrevated tone absolutely) is beyond rude, making slick comments & having your shift manager tell you to walk away is embarrassing. There is nothing wrong with McD being a career but make sure you're a good fit for the role first.
This is not a location I will be back to which doesn't impact the establishment in anyway because thankfully there are plenty others, I just caution the next person and encourage you to drive a little further down the road.
