It took so long I had time to leave this review and play monopoly Go, but this McDonald’s location seriously needs better morning management. The service is extremely slow even when there are no customers. The workers are always just standing or sitting around like they don’t care, and I waited in a mobile pickup spot for almost 15 minutes with no one in the drive-thru and no one at the window. There’s no sense of urgency, no communication, and no effort to provide basic customer service. This is the most consistently disappointing McDonald’s in the area.

Overcooked and extremely thin 1/4 pounder hastily assembled and falling apart with a subpar bun and cold fries, I believe they need to have other store management employees conduct random visits to stores to personally evaluate the substandard food quality.

This McDonald's is still the worst, especially the AM crew. Item is always missing from your order and customer service is poor.

This McDonald's is the worse I have ever been too. The fries is ALWAYS cold, and they always mess up part of your order

Ordered number 3 meal. And fish sandwich. Got home. Just had fish sandwich, frys, and drink. Tried calling. Phone rang 25 times. No answer.
Nothing. Really not a good visit.

I did not complain the first time this happened a few weeks ago. Fries missing the first time and 2 cheeseburgers missing this time. Check your bag if you go through the drive thru. This location has steady gone downhill. Avoid.

The bar is so low for McDonald’s, this was a nice surprise. Cleanest cooking area I’ve seen, super sweet workers, great environment. Will eat here again

Absolutely terrible… false advertised product…. They only notify no monopoly after purchase and the manager doesn’t even speak English. What a joke… this is what class action lawsuits look like! Will be consulting on Monday…

Again? This McDonald's has, I messed up my order more time? Then I would like to admit, I don't even eat McDonald's, no more because of these people.
