Ordered 4 bacon egg and cheese to take to my parents at the hospital. Got to the hospital, I had four plain biscuits. Called to inform them of their slackness, no one would answer the phone.

went at 7:55 on a friday. all i ordered was a water. when i pulled up to the window they tried to charge me for a coffee. i said i only got a water. the lady at the speaker didn’t tell me a price or pull it up on the screen so i assumed the water was either free or abt 25 cents. when i told them i just got the water the man said it was 27 cents so i handed him 2 pennie’s. he shook his head and said no. then a bigger lady stepped around the corner and said “i need 2 more quarters” i said why i just payed him. she goes it’s 75 cents for a water. so i was trying to find more quarters while this lady was huffy and puffy about me taking a second. i just said to keep the water and then they didn’t give me my change back. so i don’t get a water and i lost 52 cents…. this lady is rude every time and is inappropriate with her name calling. ik it’s just a couple of cents but be so fr. tell people when their ordering their total so they can be ready. bbb here i come. photo is the water i didnt get

Used drive through, not a soul inside still had to pull over and wait 15 minutes for order to still be wrong but I was already on interstate so I didn't turn around to raise hell. Won't be back

Got home. Had 2 single hamburgers, a pinch of shredded lettuce, no tomato and measley bacon.
I have never had this at any other McDonald's when I place this exact order.

You forgot Anna’s food. She drove home, realized she had no nuggets. HER WHOLE MEAL WAS NUGGETS. She drove all the way back (10 miles) from her house, just to get her nuggets. You did not offer her anytbing to compensate for the inconvenience. Absolutely disgusting behavior and service. I have seen better on the streets of Africa

The food was just okay. Fries were room temp and plain with no salt. My Double Bacon Quarter Pounder was over sauced and a sloppy mess. The extra onions were crudely cut and scattered around the container not on my burger. My coke was very good.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! This older woman that's always there in the mornings has a NASTY ATTITUDE and has a nerve to come to the speaker yelling at me asking WHAAAAAT DO YOU WANT after I (the only car sitting there at the time) waited for almost 12 min for her take my order. She yells out we short staffed and only have 3 people here so WHAAAAAT DO YOU WANT!? I SAID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FROM HERE and drove off and I will never be back! SICK AND TIRED OF BAD SERVICE WHEN IM PAYING MY HARD EARNED MONEY!
