Overall I’ve had bad experience after bad experience with the staff, and with the quality of the food We’d normally always have a manager come and give us the rest of our food ALMOST EVERY SINGLE TIME, customer support doesn’t ever really seem to care about it as we’ve called 10+ times THIS YEAR. And this time actually takes the cake cuz I was given a RAW patty on my quarter pounder and I will tell you now, I will 100% never go back to this location because of the horrible service and the absolute lack of attention to literally anything

Absolutely ridiculous they got my order wrong 2 times and 2 people asked me what I got and still got it wrong I had to end up leaving bc I was waiting 20 mins and was late to work. Tried calling the McDonalds but they didn’t answer.

The food was very poor quality. The fries were old and soggy. The chicken tenders were not even warm and very chewy, which indicates that they were also old. It sucks to pay so much for crappy food.

How hard is it to put items in a bag. They always forget something. Don't bother with the drive through. You'll end up going inside to pick up the items they forgot.

I cant remember the last time this McDonald's location actually got my order correct. Missing items constantly, paying for fries, hash browns, or even whole sandwiches and they are no where to be found. Wrong drinks, giving me diet when order regular. These are just a few of many incidents.
Heck even just this morning I ordered a Mcgriddle, and I opened it up at home and it was a cold chewy chicken biscuit...what??...I am done.

Just okay customer service, but that's all fast food except for CFA. However, the one thing that stands out positively about this location is the food. It often looks like the ad and is hot and fresh, which is impressive.

I hate fast food. I only come to the places for my kids. They never get any of your orders correct anymore. Never give you straws, napkins, etc…and it’s starting to cost way too much.

5/24/25 - I stopped in the drive thru around 7:45 PM and the whole team was great, but the girl with the buns working the 2nd window was phenomenal. Her customer service exceeded my expectations.

The French fries 🍟 were delicious and hot and crispy! They were not greasy or too salty! I will go back to this location from now on! Best McDonald's on the Eastside of Greenville, SC!

Manager took the order..put it in wrong. Then lady fixed it when I was paying thankfully...then waited another 10min to have about 6 cars pass me. To finally get 2 cheeseburgers meal.. and was still wrong. Every McDonald's is hit and miss but this one having management not care allows staff to not care.
