Not coming to this McDonald’s again, there were blue and red sprinkles on my McGriddle, most likely from other foods and 2 hairs on my McGriddle, had to throw it away and they were unable to remake it

I have not been to McDonalds in a couple of years but was craving a Quarter Pounder so I stopped in. What a mistake! The place was busy as they usually are and I ordered at the kiosk. After 15 minutes waiting for an great in order I went to the counter asking when it would be ready. I was promptly told I must be patient!! I will be patient the next time.....while I'm in another restaurant. The current McDonald's is absolutely nothing that it used to be and I'm done with them!

My hash brown was so hot and crispy, 10 out of 10. But when I bit into my biscuit, there was a long hair. I’ve had a hair in my food once before but it was a small and it didn’t touch my mouth so I don’t really care. I’m bald so it definitely wasn’t mine
We ordered a DoorDash delivery about an hour ago. The food was so disgusting we couldn’t even eat it. We didn’t receive part of our order. No straws. Ordered no salt on our fries… TONS OF SALT. Food was cold. Disgusting. Take your business somewhere else!

we put in a mobile order and it went through on the app. we arrived at the mcdonald’s to get our food and the guy at the drive thru told us we had to cancel our order. we couldn’t cancel it as we had already paid and read the code out to them. we were told to leave drive thru. we didn’t get anything we paid for. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I would give it 0 stars if I could

I ordered a bacon quarter pounder with no ketchup or mustard replaced by lettuce and mayo. It was to go and I don't have time to go back. They scrapped off the sauces and reused an old sandwich. The entire sandwich was a complete mess. It was a waste of money. I'm pretty sure Helen Keller could make a burger better then this. I won't be giving McDonald's another chance. Thanks for reminding me why Five Guys is better.

Friendly greeting from both ladies in the drive thru. Food was hot and well prepared. Coffee was excellent, as always in any McDonald's, but exceptionally here.
