Service was pretty slow and had to wait for 25 mins to get food. Also the fountain refill had to wait for the staff to get refilled so another few mins wait required for the refill.

I've been to this location before a few years back and it was quick and efficient and clean. But this visit it was very slow. They were rude and my food was cold and I got my order wrong. I don't know about the cleanliness cuz I didn't go in this time and I'm glad I didn't. Because paying for way more food than what you got after being treated like an awful person by somebody you've never met before. That's supposed to be handling your food....

The cashier who took the large group order on 7/17 around 5:50 was phenomenal. I wish I could remember her name but excellent customer service, she did bot complain and she got it all right. Her along with the entire kitchen/ cook staff was amazing. Thank you!
