Went through the drive-thru today and ordered a medium fry with a small caramel frapp. I checked the bag when I pulled out of the drive thru and the size of the fry was wrong(I assumed it was just a simple mistake). So I went inside to get the medium fry and I know I wanted for at least 3 minutes before someone came up to the counter. Employees in the back had to see me standing there and they did not acknowledge me, I was leaning over the counter hoping someone would come to the register.
A person in a management type uniform also did not come up and help!! They only seemed to be worry about the drive-thru.
If you clearly see that someone is at the counter need help then come and help!!! The service here has really gone down hill.
I have visited a McDonald’s that has both the order kiosks and people taking orders upfront and this location here in Greenville could learn from that other McDonald’s!!
Why don't the employees smile? They respond angrily! No welcome! No smile, just an angry response! The employees need training.
Took 20 minutes for a McDouble and I was the only car in line. When I got the burger it was thrown in the bag with no wrapper and had no pickles or onions.

Cursing in the back kitchen, employees fighting with one another. The old lady who takes orders doesn’t know what she is doing and it messes everything up. She doesn’t understand how the codes work and it messes up the deals for people. Probably leads to many other problems.

First off there is no employees to be found in this location. I had to clean my own table before getting food, but luckily I had plenty of time to do that because it took 30 minutes to get any food. This McDonald's is a joke, don't bother coming inside
Horrible service, staff hides in back, tables are nasty and had to wait 10 min for someone to acknowledge me after making eye contact with several employees someone finally brought a customer's food out so they had to interact with a lobby full of customers. Multiple customers complaining about waiting over 20 min for food. We will never visit this place again

I am absolutely baffled by the ineptitude at this McDonald's. Hands-down, the worst McDonald’s I have been to. I came through the drive-through and ordered a McRib Bundle, which includes two McRibs and a basket of fries; a spicy deluxe McCrispy; and a small fry. Luckily, I asked for a receipt when I paid. When I pulled up to the window to collect my food, I was handed a bag with the wrong order in it. When I handed it back, I was told to pull up into the next spot and wait. I waited 15 minutes. There was no one else in the drive-through line. I walked back to the other window and tried to explain. They didn’t understand why I was there, didn’t recognize me. They told me to come inside. When I got inside, the counter was unmanned. Nobody seemed particularly interested. Eventually, I flagged down the manager. She was confused, but I handed her my receipt. Eventually, someone pointed at an order, waiting to go out, and I was handed a bag. It was short one McRib and the small fry. I pointed this out to a worker who was baffled. About 20 minutes after I ordered my food, I finally had it. FIX THIS.

This place is hilarious. For anyone wondering why a business would start using robots instead of people to cook and serve your food, come to this McDonald’s. Absolute worst experience on the planet. When front person is coming out to ask everyone what they ordered, you have a problem.

Slow and dirty. Reminds me of a Buckees restroom without the staff. No interaction with the staff (by design it appears). Won’t be back.

The cashier didn’t even turn her head to look at us as she handed us our receipt. Then the even more apathetic girl at the drive thru window put all my drinks into a broken carrier and shoved them at me which caused them to dump into my car. Yes completely emptied my milkshake and coke into my lap. Maybe an accident I don’t know but regardless she showed zero care about it or any offer to try and assist in any way. Likewise the manager did nothing to help at all. Handed me a stack of dry napkins. Not even the decency to apologize. I realize it’s McDonald’s and you get what you expect which in this case is garbage people serving you garbage food. Even so, I would rather have not bothered since now I will need to have my car cleaned over some basic dried out nasty food.

You order with the computer and your food passed through the windows inside on the counter. You barely interact with anyone. Very different experience. The food was ready quick, hot and good.

Since the renovation, this location has really gone downhill. Before the remodel, I always got my food quickly, correctly, and from a team of staff who I recognized as having worked there for quite a while. I don't see any of the old team members anymore, and it shows in the quality. I'm not sure if the location is under new management, but if it is, they desperately need training.
I had to wait over half an hour for a mobile order I placed before even arriving to the location a couple of weeks ago. This week I went through the drive through and was told to park in a spot and wait. After 40 minutes, I went inside and asked for a refund when all I'd gotten was my drink. The manager was polite and did refund my order and rush my order to me for free, which is why they're getting two stars instead of one. But once I got my order, the bun was so stale and dry that it was difficult to eat.
I used to love going to this location for the fast, friendly service. But from now on, I think I'll be going to the McDonalds in TR
