The cashier didn’t even turn her head to look at us as she handed us our receipt. Then the even more apathetic girl at the drive thru window put all my drinks into a broken carrier and shoved them at me which caused them to dump into my car. Yes completely emptied my milkshake and coke into my lap. Maybe an accident I don’t know but regardless she showed zero care about it or any offer to try and assist in any way. Likewise the manager did nothing to help at all. Handed me a stack of dry napkins. Not even the decency to apologize. I realize it’s McDonald’s and you get what you expect which in this case is garbage people serving you garbage food. Even so, I would rather have not bothered since now I will need to have my car cleaned over some basic dried out nasty food.

You order with the computer and your food passed through the windows inside on the counter. You barely interact with anyone. Very different experience. The food was ready quick, hot and good.

Since the renovation, this location has really gone downhill. Before the remodel, I always got my food quickly, correctly, and from a team of staff who I recognized as having worked there for quite a while. I don't see any of the old team members anymore, and it shows in the quality. I'm not sure if the location is under new management, but if it is, they desperately need training.

I had to wait over half an hour for a mobile order I placed before even arriving to the location a couple of weeks ago. This week I went through the drive through and was told to park in a spot and wait. After 40 minutes, I went inside and asked for a refund when all I'd gotten was my drink. The manager was polite and did refund my order and rush my order to me for free, which is why they're getting two stars instead of one. But once I got my order, the bun was so stale and dry that it was difficult to eat.

I used to love going to this location for the fast, friendly service. But from now on, I think I'll be going to the McDonalds in TR

The staff ignored me and when I did get staffs attention I was treated rudely. These people do not have any customer service skills at all. Then my quarter pounder was too greasy. The bottom bun was soaked and the ENTIRE bottom of the carton it came in was SOAKED in grease. This location has SEVERLY gone to the dogs

I don't even want to give them any stars because it sucks it took 20 minutes to get our drive thru order and I had to go in and get it and they forgot the drink. They should have left the old one alone it was alot better. And the manager was very rude

I can get passed wait times I’ve worked fast food I get it but what I can’t get passed is the quarter pounder I took one bite out of that is RAW. I’ve given chance after chance since the remodel. It’s always something.

I ordered some food. They didn’t have a receipt no big deal. Don’t care order the number seven, which is the two cheeseburger meal medium with a sweet tea and wanted a medium chocolate chip. Frappe after paying and getting my food. I was told I need to pull up to the next window to wait for my frappe 20 minutes later the person that handed me my food comes to the window and says what was you waiting for? I’m like wow to myself and then maybe 3 to 5 minutes later a young guy. brought me my frappe and I asked him you know what took so long and I told him how long I was sitting there and he says that he just got there and all he knew is that he was told that he needed to make a frappe and that he was sorry that I had to wait that long That is really really messed up.

I spent over $22 on two meals with this location on 5/9/25. Which was placed on the app. Normally it doesn't take that long for my order to be brought out curbside. But this time it did. Once order was finally delivered to me, my drinks weren't. I had to go inside to get them. All employees were walking back & forth dismissive of me standard their needing some assistance. It was like I didn't even exist at that moment. Finally, I got my drinks to make it home and checked the bag. I noticed that my fries weren't cooked fully & my sandwiches were bland. Plus the young lady that brought my order out didn't ask if I needed condiments while bringing my order to me. This was the worst service I've ever received at this location! I don't know if I'll be back anytime soon. SMH
