The service here is always very slow, the restaurant is normally dirty inside with stuff everywhere behind the counters and the customer service needs some improvement. Like others have said they will park you just to keep the time good. Multiple times I have walked in and it took a few minutes to even be acknowledged, employees on their phones while bagging orders and just not paying attention to anything. If I’m not picking up an order for someone else then I will drive out of my way to go to a different location.

Asked for double cheeseburger with only mayo and they scraped everything off an old Burger and added too much mayo then put mayo in the center of the patties so I wouldn't notice.

Ordered a kids happy meal - and an extra toy. Instead of charging me the .50 cents for toy-with-food purchase, they decided to charge $2.99 for toy with no food. I had to explain that to the employee over the counter, which in return had to ask for a managers assistance. The manager just had an arrogant, non caring attitude with an abrupt 'we don't do that anymore '. Can't have a without-food purchase, without a with-food purchase. Instead of giving me my entitled refund, she basically denied me my money back. Also had to wait between 4 orders for 2 ice cream cones which were removed from order screen and not being tended to. Quality is poor and management is just as bad. Don't expect good quality or service in this location. Don't waste your money.
